Great experience fast delivery great price on my nike shoes and adidas socks.

Terrible experience, my purchase arrive one shoe discolored from someone wearing the shoe. Had to return it.

I’m so glad that you have it in stock in the color that my son liked. True to the delivery time, and the shoes was in great shape.

The products are accurate...the way it look on the picture is the same when u receive it. The delivery time is excellent.

Truly authentic and insanely quick delivery

Not so much of a shoe shopper but after my day shopping at this location with Tayshawn Mayne i could say the love for shoes i have now is thanks to him.
I will be coming back for more shoes with family and friends.

Tracking for the shoes was really a trouble process. Asked me to install additional app, of no use.

i ordered a pair jordan 4s they are real but came in a bit dirty..
but still pretty good i would deff order again!

Jd Sports will not honour the price tags on items . Recently received juicy couture track suit for my daughter and the price tags indicate a lower price than I paid. I provided photos of merchandise located in store as well as the items I received with lower price tags (still attached) and was told it is in a different currency and will not be adjusted. It does not specify any kind of currency on the tags. Any upstanding business will honour price on item but unfortunately Jd Sports does not. I would recommend finding items at other, more reputable stores.

Great pricing and great product, but my shoes came in a damaged box without any tissue paper around them or in the shoes themselves. Otherwise perfect.

The wrong item was sent. And now it is not available!

I'm disappointed with my recent purchase. I was expecting it to arrive, but I suddenly noticed that they had refunded my order without sending me an email to inform me that it was no longer available or to offer any alternatives. I followed up about the refund, but I still haven't received it. When I emailed them, they responded by saying that the item was already out of stock at the time of my order, which wasn’t my fault. I just wanted to be informed that my order was unavailable. This is the worst customer service I've experienced.

First time ordering from JD Sports. Their customer service is terrible!! I keep being looped back to the start of the "on hold process" and can't get any help regarding my order! Someone, please get back to me!

Horrible customer support, don't think I've encountered a support system so flawed and unresponsive as JD Sports Canada. I ordered an item on Saturday because I saw a deal that I liked, later in the day I found the same item for way less on a different and trusted website so I decided to order and begin the process for cancellation. Little did I know, and based on other reviews that would be impossible to do. Not only does their phone support not work (rolls waiting music for 5 minutes, then brings you back into what I assume is back of queue after another replay of the first english/french menu, then after another 5 minutes hangs up on you) but by the sounds of it their web portal support takes multiple business days to respond. I submitted a request early Sunday morning to hold my order and not prepare it for shipment so it could be cancelled and refunded. Now today they update me that its ready for shipping and en-route, had I been able to get a hold of them (which might I add they advertise as 7 days a week service by phone) I wouldn't have to start the process of delivery refusal and credit card chargeback. Do not order online from JD Sports Canada, if you want to give them business purchase items in store.

ORDERS ALWAYS GET CANCELLED

They need to fix their system. And terrible customer service. They waste your time over and over again every time you call. AND NOTHING GETS DONE.

I ordered shoes on August 21 and they still have not even shipped!

Shoes were just like the picture fit well
