My experience has been great since the first time
The process was easy and the delivery was fast

Always got best price on sneakers, specifically for kids and adults basketball sneakers.

I didn’t receive the item and i sent two emails to you and still got no reply

I purchased a matching set and I did not received the full set I contacted jd customer service requesting a replacement for the missing item they did not send a replacement instead they just cancel it without giving me an option to choose and they didn't even offer me a promotional code for the inconvenience

Great product, fast shipping, the whole process was quick and easy.

I ordered a grey junior jordan tracksuit and you said you had it in stock but then refunded my account 3 days later...I also bought a jordan touque with a design on it and gloves and you sent the wrong one, the one you sent was all black touque but it was already past Christmas that I just gave the gift but not happy at all with JD sports.

The shipment came prompt with no flaws to the box & the kicks. Great job 👍🏾

First of all it was easy to place my order, they have really good discount on their product and the timeframe for delivery was very fast. If I could I would give them 10 stars !!!!

This was our first time ordering online with JD sports we had two separate orders and we expected shipping delays as there was a postal strike and couriers were overwhelmed
Some how JD sports managed Christmas miracles and has extremely fast turn around from the time we ordered ,absolutely Christmas Superstars to us

C’mon JD Sports, you could do better in packaging and presentation of an item bought from your website. A pair of shoes which cost a lot of money just thrown in the box without any tissue and shoe inserts. This is a Xmas present, so I guess I have to provide my own tissues to wrap the shoes in and package it nicely to make it look legit, or maybe your products are knock offs. Is that what you’re trying to tell consumers? Temu, SHEIN, etc can do a better job shipping their products from China!

I recently placed an order with JD Canada for three items, and unfortunately, the products I received were entirely incorrect. It is evident that there was no quality control or order verification prior to shipping. I am disappointed by the lack of attention to detail, especially considering the reputation of JD Sports.

The order was a straightforward purchase of a tracksuit and a pair of shoes, yet the tracksuit arrived without the jacket and the shoes were completely different from what I had ordered. To make matters worse, there was no proactive effort from your team to resolve the issue. Instead, I was offered a quick refund with no regard for the inconvenience caused, especially this close to Christmas.

As a loyal customer of JD Sports in England for nearly 20 years, I have never encountered such poor service and unprofessionalism. I strongly urge you to address these operational shortcomings and reconsider your staff training and management practices. The level of service I have received falls far below the standard I have come to expect from your brand, and it is deeply disappointing.

Never received my order and wasn’t issued a refund. Terrible customer service.
