Bought shoes through a click and…
Bought shoes through a click and collect 4 weeks ago and didnt receive an email to collect them. I rang customer service for them to tell me my purchase was in store 2 weeks and maybe the store didnt process my order correctly. You only have 2 weeks to collect your order so this has put pressure on me to go and collect them ASAP when I dont have time so now I risk losing my purchase

Jd is a great store but I order something for click and collect on the 24/07/26 it is now 12/08/26 and I still didn’t get a email I could pick it up so when I was in town I went into jd they had my jumper but I asked for a refund and it was no problem
