I was told the item had dispatched...it was needed for a holiday so gave plenty of time...after many days I rang to find out "it was lost"...it was refunded but I should have been informed without having to contact you.

My package sat at the location for nearly three weeks without a single notification or update that it was ready for collection. When I tried calling customer service, I was left on hold for an entire hour, only to deal with an unhelpful agent. Brutal service.
