ordered a product on 27th of March, had to followup several time on their whatsapp. reponse was slow, initially they said they're going to ship my order soon and when I didn't get it till today (almost 3 weeks) they said they don't have such order from me. I shared the order page which was still open in my mobile browser and shared the payment email from their payment gateway. then they simply replied that the order was canceled and refunded, when I asked why they didn't provide any answer. waste of time never buy from them.

Scamming thieves
I purchased a coffee maker on 9 December 2025, it is now 4 April 2026 and I never received the item nor a refund. Ive emailed countless times to only receive complete lies (it has been sent, we are delayed due to weather, we will refund you) etc. Nothing has been done to rectify this.
I even reached out to their CEO on LI who told me they would handle it. That was over a month ago. Nothing has been done.
They have taken 1200 SAR from me and refuse to return it.
Customer service is diabolical. They are straight up thieves.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS.
