Delivery never completely fulfilled

I have ordered 4 bags of coffee but got delivered only one bag. I reported it to their support and was assured that I will get the rest of my purchase soon. In the next few days I received one more bag of coffee but was still missing 2 more.
Again I have sent them email and few whatsup messages but they are just ignoring me. I still haven't received my refund or 2 missing bags of coffee and it has been 8 days since initial order.

I bought the item and they completely…

I bought the item and they completely forgot to send it. After i messaged them they said there was an issue with logistics which is a lie, since there was no email saying shipped. Then i asked for a refund… one week later nothing. I had to message again and again till they finally sent the refund
