He is a anti-asian, anti-Chinese racist. One of my friend has experience with him.

Dealt with the Mitcham office. Not very pleasant experience at all. Wouldn't recommend the service to any one.

Bev and Lloyd at Jellis Craig were fantastic. Initially, Lloyd showed us quite a few properties and was always very accommodating, responsive with answers to our questions and generally very nice to deal with. When we saw the advertisement for the house we eventually bought, Lloyd facilitated a viewing with Bev, the sales agent for that particular property. It was also a pleasure to work with Bev. She facilitated access to the property quite a few times, was great to keep us in the loop and gave us the space we needed to consider what we wanted to do. I'm sure the vendors were delighted with Bev too. Overall a very smooth and positive experience for us.

Costa and Ben from Jellis Craig, Monash, we’re terrific to deal with. They both went above and beyond to get the best price for our beloved home. Finding people who are direct in their communication and upfront about cost is hard enough but add to that that I’m female with a significant mobility disability, and it’s nigh on impossible! Ben and Costa were both respectful and empathetic without being condescending; gave us clear and concise details of what services they were offering; communicated immediately and directly after open homes and made themselves available whenever we had questions. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

There are too many estate agents in Mount Waverley which makes picking a good one hard. I picked a good one - Paul Polychroniadis (Jellis Craig).
He was very good. Very hard working. Very professional. Got the deal done.
Opens for inspection were numerous and well staffed. Marketing materials were good. Photography was great. Paul was able to think on his feet.
I'd use him again. I have already referred a neighbour to him.

All attention was given to the seller, not the buyers (us).

Sarah Sherlock has been amazing to work with - communicative, kind and always kept us updated. She's been best property manager we've gotten to work with, and we've had quite a few! Thanks for all your help Sarah 😊

Stan was an absolute pleasure to deal with and his attention to detail and work ethic was unmatched with previous agents we had dealt with around Melbourne. He worked late and was in constant communication to secure our purchase.

Although COVID provided complications with the sale of my property they helped me through it very easily and made extra efforts to ensure potential purchasers could view the property. I moved into a Jellis Craig managed property back in April, since then it has been nothing short of a disaster. I’ve dealt with agents Regina McInnes and Sarah Poidomani. Myself and my co-tenant have tried to get my name placed on the lease for nearly 4 months and were constantly ignored by these so-called professional agents. Sarah doesn’t reply to emails and doesn’t answer calls, her voicemail directs you to contact Regina McInnes if the matter is urgent, who also doesn’t answer calls or emails.

On more than 3 occasions the agents have lost forms pertaining to our rental agreement including direct debit forms. The agents even blamed me and my co-tenant for not having returned the forms, even though we did over a month ago and have the saved email to prove it. Not once have I ever received an apology for months of extremely unprofessional property management. I was even told that rental receipts are not given for payment of rent, which is illegal, rent which they are quite happy to directly debit from your account. I have reminded the agents countless times of their legal obligation to provide a rental receipt to which they still, amazingly do not provide. My next step will be a legal one.

Overall would avoid these company at all costs, extremely unprofessional, do not reply to calls, emails and voicemails. I simply do not understand how they can do this to their tenants.

When my wife and I purchased an investment property in Montmorency, we purchased it from a young salesman called Scott, this was 10 years ago. Scott kept in contact with us over the past 10 years so it was just right that when we were to sell our investment property, we knew who that person would be, Scott. May I say he wasn't that young man anymore, he's a true gentleman. I'd like to thank Scott and his sales team Michael and Hayley for their support and for the record price we achieved for our unit, if you are thinking of selling give Scott a ring because he is simply the best.

Tom Kurtschenko and his team were a pleasure to work with, always professional and they communicated extremely well throughout the process.
They were able to achieve a great result and I would not hesitate to recommending Tom and his team.
