Initially good, but have since stopped responding

Placed an order last year hoping it would arrive before Christmas was told I would receive it shortly when I chased in January I wait till January and it would be shipped with a free gift. Nearly into March and still no delivery and customer service have ignored my last two emails

Owner is a scammer

Owner is a scammer. Placed two orders quite close together (end of December and beginning of Jan) for a mystery box. It's now the end of Feb and neither order has been received, I have sent multiple emails and none have been responded to.

Did a bit of research after seeing so many negative reviews and the Director has been sentenced previously for selling counterfeit goods so I'd avoid. I can't link the article but you can find it if you google the directors info which is publicly available.

Product not delivered

I gave a review of five stars in December as I had an excellent experience ordering. I recommended them to my daughter but something seems to have gone wrong with the company because her order of a Green Day mystery box has not arrived. Initially emails were replied to giving a reason for the delay. Now the company is not responding to either my daughters or my emails. As I have seen from other reviews, this is not a one off. I would advise customers to be aware of parting with money as the product may not be forthcoming and you may be ignored by the company.

Placed an order last year giving it a couple of months hopefully thinking it would arrive before Christmas was told I would not receive it by then so could I wait till January and it would be shipped with a free gift even to I was promised a free T-shirt when ordering nearly into March and still no update

Criminal company. Zero service. Received nothing

I ordered a bathrobe for my sons birthday in November but it never arrived. After I contacted a guy named Phill working at Jellyfrog I was told several times they'll do a reship but nothing happened. I will never order here again and so should all of you. They're a bunch of scammers

Awful

What can I say about 'Jelly Frog' that hasn't already been said? Apparently nothing as it seems I am not alone in my treatment by this company.
I purchased a mystery box and so far the only mystery is when if ever I will receive it. Emails and other forms of communication seemingly are not used by Jelly Frog as they don't reply even though they have an email address for such grievances as mine.
To all here who have been conned by this guy who runs Jelly Frog please contact your bank after 30 days of your order and ask them for a charge back. Why should he keep your money?
To conclude I hope the owner of the company who I believe is called Phillip is happy with his career as a thief who is hiding behind a fancy website. Good day.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. This was my first time ordering from them. Ordered the January edition of the Billie Eilish mystery bundle on the 14th of January got a confirmation of order it’s is now the 23rd OF FEBRUARY and all it says is “it’s on its way” a month ago!!! I’ve emailed them multiple times for updates I tried contacting them on instagram AND NOTHING. I wasted $81.00 AUD for something I’m not gonna get because these idiots don’t know how to reply to emails or let customers know it’ll be a month or so in order to get their products. Honestly I do hope they see this because it’s a ducking rip off and a half!!

AVOID!!!

I placed an order on 21st December. It is now 23rd of February and I have not had any update at all. I have sent 4 emails asking for an update and 1 to cancel the order and request a refund (the order was for a birthday in January), all of which I have had no reply. I have tried the telephone number on the website, surprise suprise, it states that it is an incorrect number. Please do not order from here, I didn't even want to give them 1 star.

I ordered a mystery box 30 January, I've still not received it. I have emailed the company twice and to date, I still haven't had a reply. I have ordered from them before. I was messed about then too but did eventually receive my order only after emailing them. This s time however I've been ignored. I do not recommend this company

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered a Yungblud mystery box on January 1st and had no updates other than ‘order confirmed.’

I emailed the customer service team on 29th January enquiring about my order, to which they responded ‘The Mystery Box you purchased is the January edition. Boxes ship out in bulk monthly each month as shown on the listing on a different schedule to normal stock items.

We are currently processing these in preparation for shipping with Royal Mail Tracked Post.

These are due to start shipping out in the next 3-4 working days as planned so not much longer to wait!

We will send you tracking info when on the way.’

I then emailed AGAIN on 11th February enquiring about the same order as I STILL had no updates or information about my order despite being told it would be shipped out within ‘3-4 working days.’

It is now 22nd February and I have had to email for a 3rd time as my previous email was ignored! I have once again asked for shipping information today and I have stated that if I once again do not receive a response then I will be requesting a full refund into my bank account.

I have payed £40 to Jelly Frog and I have nothing to show for it. The customer service team were helpful with the first email, however the service after has been non existent and just poor.

From reading other reviews I can see other people have had the same problems as me! Once I receive my order (if I ever do) or my refund, I will be avoiding this website, and I highly recommend that everybody else does too!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID

If you feel like donating them money, go ahead and order because you are NOT going to receive your order.

I ordered a band merch mystery box at the start of december, at the time of writing this email I haven’t even received tracking information. They have been waiting for the “last item that is due to arrive this week” for literal months. I have been told it will arrive in 7-10 working days since the 16th December 2024.

Any requests for updates or an ETA will either be ignored completely or you will be told “We’re just waiting on the last item for your order!” which will undoubtedly be false. I have had three copy-paste responses from them, giving me no new information. I have literally pleaded for an update and this has been completely ignored by customer service.

The craziest part is, whilst I have been waiting over 2 months so far and not even received tracking information, they still incessantly spam your email with “10% off band merch mystery boxes!” etc., which just rubs your nose in it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER!

I will now have to claim a refund back through my bank as I am now sure I never had an order in the first place. I even emailed them on Monday, asking for an update by Friday otherwise I would take action, this was completely and utterly ignored.

If I could give below 1* I would, an absolute joke of a business.

Avoid!

Ordered a mystery box at the beginning of December. I emailed for an update at the beginning of January and was promised it would ship out 'soon'. It's now almost March and no sign of the mystery box and now emails are being ignored. I really wished I hadn't wasted my money and gone elsewhere. And from reading other reviews I can see this is a frequent issue.

A bit of a scam...

Ordered 2 tshirts from them for Christmas presents and a third was supposed to be sent as a free gift. After the wait was getting quite long I chased them as either needed the items or to go somewhere else. Didn't get a reply but did receive the tshirts I paid for with a note saying the third was on its way; they were out of stock but Jellyfrog didn't want to hold up my order. 3 months later the third tshirt still hasn't come. I've emailed them several times and just been ignored. Super rude and a bit of a scam really.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I placed an order on December 6th and I am still waiting. Initially I got a response saying that it was a mystery box so all the bits are not there yet but they will send it. Over the last month I have chased on email and I have been blanked. Total scam artists . I recommend sites like EMP and Eyesore merch for your music needs. At the moment I am 80 quid out of pocket because of Jelly Frog.

Don't bother

I placed an order on the 9th of January for the Sleep Token January Mystery Box, and I have reached out multiple times just to check if it's even coming with no response. I wouldn't recommend ordering any of the mystery boxes as others have also had very similar experiences.
