Mystery box purchase

After posting this the customer service did come through but the original experience was negative so I can't go above 3*.
Ordered a Sleep Token January mystery box on 11th January.. fast forward to 1st March and it finally arrives. Reached out to customer service email numerous times and didn't receive a reply, managed to finally get one by commenting on an Instagram post.
This was the reply I was given after a month of chasing this up:
"We previously shipped this on a Royal Mail batch post.
I am guessing its lost in the post after such a time, I am so sorry.
I will arrange to ship again free of charge with a free mystery gift worth £16 when new stock is replenished."
How can you guess it was lost in the post, you have tracked delivery to avoid these issues.
Also, the extra mystery gift wasn't included in my order - which I'm not surprised about giving the organisational skills this company have demonstrated so far.
All you need to do is type in Jelly Frog elsewhere like Facebook, Reddit or other sites and you'll see majority of people have the same experience they wait months for an order and do not get responses from customer service.
In the end my partner was over the moon with the mystery box she got two tees, shot glasses and a sweatband but this is the first and last time I'll use this company and I'll tell anyone else to avoid it like the plague.

I ordered in January, still nothing.
I ordered in January, mystery box and a free box. Nothing has arrived, it's status is still 'ready to ship'. Sent multiple emails, got one response over 3 weeks ago saying it would be sent in the next 5 days. Since then I've emailed 4 times and no reply. It's not good enough.
They have jua emailed me back, but said in the reply they can't see any emails from me? I have a 6 email trail to the email address they asked me to send it to. Make of that what you will...
Also told me that it was sent in a batch sending, said it must be lost and they will send it out when stock is replenished, whenever that might be.

Mystery Box
Ordered a mystery box a month ago. Still not received. No reply to emails. No communication from company, no reply to emails.
I strongly recommend you do not buy a mystery box from this company.

Don't buy!
I ordered a mystery box in August. It never arrived, I had to contact them multiple times before I got a response. They eventually sent a replaced, which did arrived, but it was ridiculous how long that took. Definitely never ordering from here again
Excellent Service
I ordered a t shirt from Jelly Frog, and due to a mix up the payment was taken but I didn't receive a confirmation email. As I hadn't used them before I was worried that I had lost my money. I had no need to fear, I emailed them enquiring about my order and received a very quick reply along with an offer of a full refund together with a free "mystery" t shirt. Luckily, the shirt I originally ordered turned up soon afterwards. I was very happy with the service I received and will have no hesitation to use JellyFrog again.

Mystery box order
Ordered a mystery box for my granddaughter. Had to wait a little longer for the items to come in but was gave extra for the wait. Communication was brilliant. Was informed of the process all the way to delivery. Definitely will be ordering again.

Absolute scam!!! Don’t buy from them!
Absolute scam?! Do not buy from them! My husband purchased a mystery box and tshirt from them in December for a Christmas present and it never arrived and still hasn’t they replied once the beginning of January and said *they are posting it again* absolute lies! My husband and myself have emailed 11 times now and no one has replied! They have robbed us of £50!!
I will be taking this further it’s absolutely disgusting!

Didn’t receive item or refund
Ordered a hoodie in December and knew it would take longer because of the holiday rush. Tried to get shipping confirmation and they were initially helpful. I asked for a refund on 17th of January which they said would take 7 working days. Still have not received my refund and it’s nearly March. No answered emails or ways to contact.
Absolute Scam- do not buy from here
Nothing received after 6 weeks, had a search and it's a scammer called Philip John Glossop who does this for all the geek sites! Don't give him your money. Dispute raised with my card provider so hopefully will see the money again. Replied once to my messages but never again. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

1st and last time shopping with them took 3 month to deliver mystery box (only mystery is how they get away with putting 3 things in a box and calling it a mystery) when I complained was told they would send another tshirt they sent exactly same tshirt which I had to pay royal mail to get it delivered as they didn't pay enough postage on the package certainly wouldn't recommend

I put 1 star because I cannot put zero !!! I'm very annoyed because I sent 2 orders the15th of December with the guarantee to be shipped before Christmas.
At the beginning of January, I contacted them and Phil and John (it is probably the same guy !) told me that it was too speed before Christmas and they confirm the shipment of my 2 orders on the 15/01/25.
Since then, no answer to my emails, no stuff, no refund, nothing at all !!!
The website says "on its way", no phone to call them, I think I'll ask a lawyer to write to them !!!
