Avoid. Charged for an order which was never sent and the company are ignoring my emails
Ordered my partner a Christmas present on the 18th December, received confirmation that they were getting my order ready to be shipped straight away.
Never heard from them again.
No parcel received, no contact.
Have emailed them twice to find out what's happening and had no reply either time

Ordered a mystery box for my son it took a while to come but the company kept me informed and I wasn't concerned by the delays. It came yesterday and my son was over the moon with it thank you so much well worth the price

I ordered an Eminem mystery box. It came over one month late. It contained 2 t shirts, a cap and a pair of socks. Was so disappointed. The t shirts were an adult man’s small and would fit a 7 year old. Absolutely ridiculous. I was expecting a bit more than 4 items especially when the box was meant to be worth £60. What an absolute rip off. I was even told I would receive an extra gift worth £20 because it was so late. I didn’t get that.
Batman
The gift was ordered for Christmas but only just got it today 29th Jan. That said customer service were in touch throughout after emailing them and as a way of an apology for being late sent an extra gift with the order. The Batman box is fab and my hubby loves it. Would order from them again but recommend ordering well in advance of any birthdays etc if it’s a gift
Horrible customer service
Ordered a mystery box in mid-November. Emailed multiple times in December to their support email to figure out what’s going on and I guess only 1 person answers when they feel like it as the response times were atrocious. Was told they source their stuff from other vendors before putting the box together for shipping. Would think you’d have the stuff lined up and ready to package but what do I know. I don’t run a business with customers. Finally got notification that it was shipped a few days ago (it’s January now).

Parcels take time to come (due to suppliers not company) so pre order in advance recommended but the communication between company and buyer is spot on.
Items fantastic quality highly recommend them and will be buying again from them in future.

Still awaiting my order placed on November 30th 2024 and now radio silence from their end over email, despite the fact it says they endeavour to reply within 24 hours. It’s been 8 days since I last heard anything!
Never dealt with this level of incompetence in my life! Avoid or be met with disappointment.

Was really excited for this because it seemed like a fun Christmas gift (for someone who loves Iron Maiden and has a ton of records)
Purchased the November 2024 edition of the Iron Maiden mystery box with the belief they'd begin shipping at the end of the month and the order was confirmed on the same date. Emailed them and to be fair they got back pretty quick and were very polite, saying it would be shipped on the weekend for sure. Followed up again on December 31st and was told there was a backup waiting for suppliers for each part of the box and offered a bonus gift alongside it. Rep was apologetic and polite so nothing bad to say there
Again, understandable because I imagine warehouse issues are difficult to control but the promised date of things starting back up on the 6th of January came and went. It's now the 29th and absolutely no news of the order shipping out 73 days after the initial order was made.
The guys are really nice but that waiting period and missed deadlines are crazy :(

Great Customer Service
Ordered 2 T-shirts a few weeks ago that were posted by the company but lost in transit. Contacted Jelly Frog with a screenshot of my order status, who send out the order again quick with an extra tshirt 🤟
Ordered for Christmas
Ordered for Christmas, unfortunately it got lost in the mail .... I contacted Jelly Frog and they couldn't have been more helpful - no quibbles, reissued the order and it arrived within a week. Now have a very happy teenager 😀
Lacklustre Customer Services.
Ordered on the 3rd of December. Nothing from them. I sent an email asking what was happening as I hadn’t received anything regarding shipping info etc.
Received an email back on the 11th of December explaining they were in the process of shipping and it would be sent between 7-10 days (18th-21st December)
I sent another email on the 20th December asking if it had been sent as it was my partners Christmas Present. They said on the 21st December they would send it out after the festive break with an extra £20 worth of items. I accepted that and told my Girlfriend her Christmas present would be a little late.
That was the last communication I received from them. I’ve sent them numerous emails since. Had nothing back. It’s now been 55 days since I ordered. It’s ridiculous. If there is a delay due to stock etc, I can support a business with that and be more understanding. But to completely ignore customers who used their site with hard earned cash is diabolical.
Their socials have comments turned off and all comments on posts are now hidden. It’s looking like a complete waste of time and more importantly, Money.
I cannot recommend this company
I ordered a T shirt on 16 Dec, well within the Christmas delivery times stated on their website. Long story short, emails from them assured me it would be delivered prior to Christmas. After Christmas, and no sign of despatch or delivery, I was told there was a hold up at the warehouse and the T shirt would be delivered next week. That week came and went. I then chased up a few unanswered emails to be told the item was out of stock on the date I ordered it and it shouldn't have been advertised. I have received a refund This is a very disjointed and unprofessional company and I cannot recommend them.
