Massive disappointment
My husband bought me a mystery box as a Christmas present. £60 ordered 5/6 weeks ago. Never received
Edit… it’s now 9th March , still no delivery and no response it’s been 3 months. Trading standards next step. Completely unacceptable
Appalling delays
I ordered a T shirt a couple of weeks before Christmas as a present for my son. I checked the delivery times and it said that it would arrive by 24th December. I emailed the company three times about it, each time they apologised and said they were dealing with it but as of today, 26th January, so more than a month after my order it still has not arrived and now they are not answering my email anymore.

A great selection of band merch
A great selection of band merch, really nice quality and true to size. Not the quickest service, which I wish I’d known before I ordered (I googled “next day” so a month’s wait was unexpected - hence dropping a star) but customer services were great to deal with and I did get a free gift as an apology. I can imagine spending a fair amount of money with these guys in future; I’ll just leave myself time for it to arrive!

After ordering a gift for Christmas for my daughter in November I have still not received it end of January. After several emails with no reply I gave up. Then after one final attempt I received a reply which they were very apologetic and said they had sent my item, it must have been lost in the post. They have now resent my item which I’m waiting to receive from Royal Mail. The customer service have been very helpful once contact was established.
Highly recommend
Ordered start of January, took a couple of weeks to get to Ireland. Order was exactly what I wanted and the hoody had very good material. Very good product, very good site.

I would like to share my disappointing experience with Jelly Frog to warn others. I purchased three items on December 17th, spending over £50, which should have included free tracking. However, to this day, I have received no updates about my order, no tracking information, and no responses to any of the emails I’ve sent asking for explanations or a delivery timeline.
It is unacceptable to be left in the dark for over a month without any communication. Even the promised tracking service is useless if the items are never shipped.
I am still waiting for a response and the products I paid for, and I hope Jelly Frog will take this matter seriously.
I urge potential customers to be cautious when shopping with this store. If things go wrong, don’t expect any customer support or accountability.
When the mystery box did arrive it was perfect
I ordered, in November, the Trivium mystery Box and a t shirt for my Grandson for Xmas. There was a delay but as my Grandson was going to celebrate his 18th Birthday mid January I agreed to wait a little longer and give him the box as an extra Birthday present. When his Birthday came and went and the box hadn’t arrived I admit I got a little irritated and emailed the company. The box arrived a couple of days later. The t shirt was out of stock which was a little disappointing but I do understand these things happen. The Mystery Box was actually excellent ! Much more in it than anticipated and the quality of all the items was second to none and well worth the money. My Grandson was absolutely delighted with the selection and couldn’t thank me enough, he literally was beaming which is rare with teens these days 🤣 I feel the company perhaps just needs to get on top of their estimated timelines for dispatch and maybe sort a more efficient admin system for orders etc. A large, visible image containing a clear explanation of how the Mystery Box system works would benefit folk like me, this could include that extra time to order might be needed. All that said, I would order from this company again as the quality and quantity for the price of the contents of the box is great. I think you may even have a new customer in my Grandson who immediately asked me for the website so he could browse himself. Oh I will add that I was kept up to date via emails about delays along the way. My last email was a little ranty as both important dates I wanted the items for had then past. However, as said previously, the box was worth every penny so I can forgive the shipping delay this time because my Grandsons happiness with the eventual arrival and contents of the box made all of the stress I had felt, disappear in a heartbeat.

Purchase not arrived after a month, and Jelly Frog is not responding to me emails.
09 02 2025 Update, my order, placed 19th December has still not arrived, just short of two months. Customer service completely ignoring my emails.
I purchased a product on the 19th December which still has not arrived.
I sent an email to enquire about this and received a quick response explaining the reason for the delay and this would be delt with as soon as possible.
I sent a second email early in the New
Year and received an apologetic response and was advised thd company was working on a backlog.
It is niw the 21st Jan and I have still not recived my purchase. Additionally Jelly Frog has failed to respond to further emails I have sent and I am at a loss
about how to proceed. The company does not provide a telephone number for contact.
I can only assume the company is operating as a scam, however it is registered with Companies House.
My advice is to avoid purchasing from this company.

My mystery box
The content of my mystery box was amazing for the price. This was only let down by the fact my initial order didn't arrive and I had to contact Jelly-fish for an explanation. Fantastic after sales customer service addressed my issue with a prompt response.

Terrible company been waiting for my mystery box since early December I've ask for a refund and there just ignoring my emails. Would not recommend.

Edited:After posting my review, I was contacted by Jelly Frog- finally, they said they had emailed me but I did not receive any mail or I would have not reviewed in such a way. All my correspondence was on our original emails so not sure what happened there. I requested a refund which was sorted immediately.
Appreciate & I accept that I ordered an item on Christmas Eve however, no where advertised that the ware house was closed over Christmas & new year period. I emailed after the new year & had a response from ‘John’ 5/1/25 saying they would be shipping my item that week. I am still waiting for dispatch email & item to arrive. No communication to any of my recent emails & requests for a refund. Going through my bank now for a refund! I wouldn’t mind if they’d emailed back saying they’re out of stock or sorry for delay etc but nothing! Just take your money & not supply the goods. Would not recommend!

I ordered a gift on 16th December and am still yet to receive it. Initially the customer service team were replying to me and told me it would be sent with a free gift when the factory opened back up, that was two weeks ago. I have sent four emails since then and each has been ignored, all the while I still don’t have my t-shirt, nor confirmation it has been shipped. If I don’t receive the t-shirt this week I will be seeking a refund from my bank. I’ve never dealt with such terrible customer service, I won’t be buying from them again and will advise others to avoid too.
