Very slow delivery

First of April I placed an order and chose express delivery, expecting my shipment within 4 days. 5 days pass and my order was yet to be shipped, so I reached out and asked for a refund of the express delivery, which I was granted. The ninth of April, my order is shipped but as of the 16th, I was yet to receive it so I give customer service a call. Apparently my order had been lost in transit which they discovered first after I made the call. I was offered a refund or a replacement order with complementary express shipping. 22 days after I placed my order it finally arrived.

Customer service was polite, the plush was as expected, but I am not happy about the very long wait.

Great customer service

Ordered a gift for my niece, which was despatched quickly by jellycat. However when with royal mail, we had an email saying that it had been delivered, when it hadn't. The 'proof of delivery' photo was the most pointless thing I'd ever seen, so potentially something dodgy going on there. However when getting in touch with the jellycat customer service, they arranged a replacement straight away and was received 2 days later. Shout out to Nikki in customer service for being so great!

Love to order from Jellycat (got to order fast though as go out of stock very quickly) I know if I buy directly from them then I know 300 little fingers haven’t picked these so adorable little beauties up because that’s what we all want to do when we see them. Very quick service and packaged well, update about delivery at all times.

I’m absolutely obsessed with my Jellycat purchase! The quality is incredible, so soft, well made, and clearly designed to last. You can really feel the attention to detail in every stitch. It’s even cuter in person than I expected, and it instantly became my favorite comfort item.

I got 2 jellycats, the start student peanut and the peanut penguin. both amazing quality and came really quick. super happy with the outcome and a really good job at delivering, i would 100% recommend for anyone looking to buy from this place. very easy to order!!

Jellycats are just the best stuffed…

Jellycats are just the best stuffed animals and my grandchildren enjoy them so much! I love the pieces they create, not just the animals, but the food, flowers, and other amusables. They are so popular, I wish they did not have a restock list, but I have gotten some items that were on my restock list! Beautifully packaged too!

Personalisation order Order 19862856

I ordered personalisation on a graduation gift. While the spelling was correct the placement is off and the first letter cannot be seen. While I have had refund on the personalisation I am still unhappy as it ruins the look of the Rabbit, Customer Service are adamant that all they can do is refund the £5. I have asked for either a refund on the box & shipping or a complete new product which I don't feel is unreasonable when you consider the cost of these bears.
