Very upset

Very upset - my girls and nieces wanted to join the JellyCat hype so I placed an order of 6 items - Sadly I only received 1 item I have been in close communication with customer support who are very unhelpful and seem to be deflecting the issue onto myself instead of actually trying to help. I feel I am being criminalised for simply shopping here. I would advise all family and friends to refrain from shopping here there are plenty other cute Toy manufacturers who id prefer to give business to! Instead of assisting me with a refund for their mess up they are indirectly accusing me of lying which I have addressed multiple times DO NOT SHOP HERE AND AVIOD UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE WITHOUT YOUR ORDER AND MONEY AND THEN BE CALLED A LIAR.

Disgraceful service: Brand priority is "Systems" over physical facts

As a loyal collector with over 30 items, I am shocked by Jellycat’s lack of integrity. I received an order containing a Hoppleston Luxe Bunny that arrived with a £35.00 retail price tag, a flattened head, and creased tags—clearly ex-display or a returned item.

Despite providing irrefutable evidence (9 minutes between Royal Mail delivery and my unboxing video), Jellycat’s "Specialists" suggested I had "mixed up" the item. They chose to trust their "infallible" warehouse database over physical reality and timestamped proof.

When I refused to sacrifice my privacy by sending full home-recorded footage to a brand that had already questioned my honesty, they stopped responding entirely. They refused any resolution unless I returned the item, which I will not do as I no longer trust this brand with my property.

Jellycat has lost a long-term supporter. They would rather gaslight a customer than admit a warehouse error. Zero accountability. Absolute arrogance.

Beautiful Products and a Seamless Experience

I’ve consistently had a really positive experience with Jellycat, both online and in-store. The website is easy to navigate, with clear images and descriptions that make choosing between the huge range much easier—although the hardest part is definitely narrowing it down because there are so many lovely options!
In-store, the experience is just as good. The displays are always inviting, and it’s clear a lot of care goes into showcasing the different collections. Being able to see and feel the Jellycats in person really adds to the experience, especially with how soft and well-made they are.
One of the standout things Jellycat does so well is variety. From classic favourites like the Bashful bunnies to more quirky and seasonal designs, there’s genuinely something for everyone, whether you’re buying for a child or as a comfort item for yourself. They also seem to keep things fresh with new releases, which makes coming back to browse exciting each time.
Overall, Jellycat continues to deliver a high-quality, comforting product alongside a really enjoyable shopping experience. It’s a brand I always feel confident returning to and recommending to others.

Nice surprise

Bought multiple Jellycats and built up to getting cobblehop on the purks having to wait 40days due to there backwards return policy and then the day before 40 day window it’s out of stock to be told now it’s no due back in till may and everyone else who had to wait 40days window will be up by then is a joke so probably no chance of getting one for our collection we are not resellers like most of the people trying to inflate price Jellycat has become a greedy over hyped company and that will be there downfall 1 million percent even the the prices are silly from item to item I think I might just sell and move away from this company as quality is becoming s**t too if you haven’t started collecting these I probably wouldn’t unless you collect older ones. I even emailed them about this and they just told me to wait and I’ll get one eventually that piss poor customer service to me to say I have bought 150+ 🤬

They stopped selling to our trusted…

They stopped selling to our trusted local shop, who we have bought Jellycats from for many years. Was really upsetting to hear, as it has affected our love for the brand. The pricing has also gone up but the quality has definitely gone down. Very sad, will continue to support the shop but not Jellycat. The shop has sourced other brands now that we actually like better. This small shop has been in business for 40 years and has been good to the community and has a loyal following. Sorry Jellycat your strategic move is definitely disappointing to the customers who once shopped at this store for your products.
