rubbish return policy
Clothing is ok but their return policy is not good at all. 7 days!! that's it.
By the time I received it and gave it as a gift and it was the wrong size so I needed to get the correct size it was a few days past the 7 day period and they refused to exchange. just a standard email about their 7 day return policy.
wouldn't buy again and would not recommend it either.

I cannot recommend buying from Jem City UK enough. I have bought 2 of the fleeces and my son bought another one. fantastic quality and wash up like new. The service and speed of delivery is brilliant. I say Jem City on instagram which does make you wary, but I decided to try it and they are amazing

Poor quality clothing
Poor quality clothing. I ordered a jacket maybe 2 weeks ago for £150, it’s already showing signs or damage and rips in the stitching even though I have been very careful when wearing it. I am currently trying to issue some form of refund for this jacket and hope to get one swiftly for this robbery. Be very careful when ordering from here.
