Didn’t send the hoodie gave me a refund

Great service, Easy to use website, good delivery time. But most importantly the jumper itself is incredibly comfy, warm and looks and feels amazing. Highly recommend.

All the styles are very good and comfortable. Also, most of the hoodies that I have bought have been the right size for me which is the best thing. So overall, Jem city is a top place to buy clothing.

Initially wanted to gift my dad one of their hoodies and end up buying a couple for myself. They're just that comfy honestly. Highly recommended!

Was exited to receive the jumper but unfortunately the quality of the jumper was so poor I had to return it, the jumper was so thin and cheaply made I couldn’t wear it. Which is a shame as the design is really nice that you have come up with, I feel if you put some more money into better quality materials your company could become quite a big player in the fashion world but as it stands at the moment with the quality I fear it will only ever be a one purchase company for a lot of people.

The whole process from ordering, acknowledgement, delivery notification through to follow up after delivery, was extremely efficient and courteously followed through.

Really low quality not what I expected and the product doesn’t even have tags and labels. Really disappointed after waiting for a month for just a delivery. They need to improve on the quality and the whole products. It’s bad
