I was a very satisfied customer up till 18 months ago. Left several messages over past 18 months via different means, phone and office and doesn’t reply. Would like to know if still trading!

I required an additional Ethernet point installed on a new build and after some initial conversations in requirements the job was booked in.
The job was swift, meticulous and professional. The installation of trunking was excellent and attention to detail was great. I was asked for my opinion along the way and very happy with the result.

Following a recent search for reputable electrical contractors on Google, I engaged Jenkins Electrical to install a CAT cable at my residence, and I am pleased to report that their services met the high standards indicated by their online ratings. They not only met my expectations but also readily accommodated an expanded scope of work at short notice. Their personnel are quite experienced and also very professional. Neil accommodated my preferred schedule for a home visit and offered useful suggestions on the best option to install the CAT cable.
Their response to enquiries made through phone calls and texts are also very prompt. One key area for improvement I will suggest will be their responsiveness to inquiries submitted via email.
Overall, I am very pleased with their services.

I have utilised Jenkins Electrical services many times over a number of years, and have always been very pleased with their work. Neill, "the boss", is very helpful, giving good advice when asked, is friendly and efficient, and leaves no mess. Their charges are reasonable, too, and I've never found it necessary to request a return visit to undertake remedial action. What more can one ask!

Have now used Jenkins Ltd twice. Once for an initial larger job doing electrical rating and now again for more minor work including changing a light fitting.

Neill came over to do the quote and explained a method that allowed me to have a bathroom light switch inside the bathroom using a kinetic switch system which was ideal. Following initial work I realised the switch configuration wasn’t optimal for my use and asked if it was possible to reprogramme switch. 10 minute job, so Neill sent team to make the change later in the week, following working on another job locally.

Was a little hard to reach initially for the second job with my online query seeming to have not gotten through properly but managed to contact via email.

Send you automated reminders of your job via text to confirm when they are coming. Online payment system very good. Automated systems which actually work and make life easier for both parties.

I used this company 2 years ago and recently contacted them to fit two outside lights. The gentleman who came was polite and extremely quick, fitting both lights, testing and tidying up. Would recommend this company for any electrical work.

Neill Jenkins had previously undertaken work for me to a high standard so I decided to call again to ask if the company would do a very small job for me ( changing a light fitting) and they came up trumps. Most electricians are not interest in small jobs. The service was excellent from first point of contact and the work undertaken without delay. Excellent communication and value for money

The team carried out a rewire of my flat and I have to say they were first class, they were polite, left the work area clean and tidy when finished. I would certainly recommend them
