Great 5.2 Tb pods. After a few months the pop-up animation stopped working. I asked Jenny for help and one day she answered me with the solution.

I updated the firmware and everything went back to normal.

Her goods are very nice quality, no issues so far. She replies almost instantly, so there's a piece of mind there too. AFAIK she's been in this field for years, so there's another point there.

Got a pair of Max V2 TB last year and needed to update software in order for them to work with the new iphones (I could not do it through flycc).

Through Whatsapp, I received the relevant firmware file and instructions on how to update it manually.

Delivery took a bit long but thats because there was a holiday in between but overall worth the wait cause it got shipped pretty much right after and it arrived quickly after that ! The quality is actually great better then my previous will 100% order again when needed!

So, I bought a pair of Pro 2’s v5.4 and they just arrived yesterday. The headphones are better than I expected. They feel premium and look amazing. I’m not an audiophile by any means but, they sound great. I am very satisfied with the service I received when I wrote them for shipping information and with the delivery of the package. Overall great experience.

Shipping took only 10 days, tracking was very accurate. Product is great (Pro version 4.2), has ANC, very good audio quality and looks identical to real ones.
