Jenny is a decent seller. I ordered a V5.2HR from her a while back, but they unfortunately came in defective. Thankfully, Jenny offers warranty, so I just had to ship them back to her so she could replace them.
She did say she would cover the shipping costs, but she ended up not doing so...
Anyway, fast forward to a few months ago, when I eventually lost the case of my V5.2HR and ordered one from her via WhatsApp, I had also lost the vents, which I informed her of. She did send me the vents free of charge with the case, which is nice, but she sent me a TB case instead of HR, which now leads up to my unit not being to pair properly with my phone, and being unusable, as the earbuds are a bluethoot device each, and I can't reset them...

After my initial review, Jenny contacted me via WhatsApp to sort out the AirPods issues. She guided me through troubleshooting, and we found the problem was a disconnected internal ribbon cable that caused the earbud to stop working. They’re functional again now, and I’m grateful for Jenny’s effort to help fix this, even if it took some time.
The AirPods have some other issues, including ineffective noise-canceling and transparency modes, and a case battery that doesn’t show up on my iPhone. The initial support could’ve also been better. For the price, they’re good enough and not the worst option out there, but the short warranty period is a limitation. Thanks to Jenny for guiding me to a solution, but improved quality control and more professional communication would make for a better experience.

Good quality, nice sound, very simular to gens, better bass,weaker mids, tracking kinda useless, arrived before leaving china on the tracking, arrived in two weeks

Very good airpods, got the 5.2 TB and is very happy with them.
The payment is a little tricky tho, through mercury.io but it worked out well and recieved them in Denmark 2 weeks after ordering.

Wanted to make a purchase with a credit card in the USA could not figure out how no help, canceled order.(correction) I have been in contact with customer service, they have answered all of my questions and have been very helpful, this is one of the verified companies to work with for purchasing earbuds along with Earhive who I have already purchased from.

The WhatsApp number is very responsive and kind. I'm excited to receive my order.

Edit: I just received them, the shipping took a bit; however it was just the carrier's responsibility. Overall the Airpods Pro are great.

4/28/2024: After 6 months, these Air Pods have held up great. I have dropped them many times but they have only slightly scuffed. The audio quality is just as good as when I bought them.
