Asked to write a review almost 9 months later.. the item was so scratchy and horrible quality that my husband hated it on his skin let alone putting a newborn baby in there. Take your shirt off and do skin to skin or get a decent supportive baby carrier for a bit more and it’s much better for baby. Do not waster your money, straight in the trash.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Such a scam and never got my order from over a year ago.

I got an email from Jeroble this morning inviting me to write a review here. FUNNY! Here's my honest review after receiving their Dad's Bonding Shirt and throw it away right away.

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STAR IF IT LETS ME.

Absolutely terrible quality, way over price and it is NOT safe to put your baby in that. This company doesn't accept returns and they are just another chinese mid-man buy Instagram ads and sell cheap product.

STAY AWAY.

Wish I had seen this before I ordered. On thier website it says you can "REVIEW ORDER" before purchasing. I went to review the order, and it COMPLETED the purchase instead. I realized I had ordered the wrong size! I immediately emailed them asking them to switch sizes and got an email a day later saying their team would have to "review" it. Then I get an email that it has "already shipped." And I have paid for expedited shipping but have NO CONFIRMATION re: arrival date. I had the same customer service rep "Amy" telling me to be patient with no actual help. I will be calling my bank to refute the charges.

Similar to other reviews we are still waiting for our order a month later, with no communication from Jeroble. Avoid!

Website picture of the product ended up being some generic product that did not look like the product being sold. SCAM!!

I ordered a really nice looking float device for babies “on sale” for $54.95 and what I got three months later looks like it came from The Dollar Tree. Totally different product and totally different material. When I contacted the company they told me I would have to pay to return it or they would give me $15 back and I could keep it. Total scam company selling fraudulent products! I had to get a refund from my credit card company.

It is a scam. Do not buy!! My husband ordered one for each of us, and our story went the same like other reviewers. He planned to buy this as Mother’s Day surprise but only to ask for my help now with no response from the seller, as he rarely do online shopping. Upon searching, what we experience is all what’s written online: we received order confirmation, but never received the stock and when you contact the company, they reply can’t find the order and then ghost on you! This website should be shut down to avoid more victims!

This is NOT a legitimate company. This is a scam. Ordered a shirt for my husband and 2 months later still no shirt. I contacted customer service a dozen times asking for either a refund or a new item to get sent. I was told multiple times that don’t issue refunds until I receive the item and send it back. I told them via the tracking number provided that the item appeared to be stuck. Didn’t matter. They refused to refund or send another item. I reported them to my bank. Total scam!

SCAM. Unauthentic. Poor quality. Research better than we all did. Find a quality site not shipping from overseas. Unfortunately, this is the second time I fell for something online.

Dad bonding shirt —Took 4 weeks for delivery. Late for Christmas! When it arrived shirt is thin quality and ran small. I would be required to pay a $20 return fee! I tried to exchange for larger size or full credit. They offered an $8 credit to keep the shirt and sent it “for processing”. Well I never that credit and I am stuck with a poor quality shirt that is too small for my son
I see the same shirt now bring sold under another company name. Beware

Scam! Ordered on 12/20/24 they shipped and sent a bogus shipping number that have the “package” routing back and forth in the same location. I now had given birth already lol. Emailed them on their site but never got a reply. Then email this address they included in the order confirmation email trendytopx[at]gmail[dot]com “Amy” replied and refused to cancel/refund the order. They said the order would be delivered by Friday but it’s still in the same location being passed back and forth. I had reported them to the FTC fraud department and my credit company. My CC company will refund the charge. Please stay clear of this site.

Looks like I was scammed just like all the other reviews. Ordered my bonding shirt on Dec 6th. Received email it was shipped on December 6th with a tracking number, it finally arrived on December 30th…. Mind you AFTER Christmas. I sent several emails with a response asking me to “kindly be patient”. I told them I was “kindly” being patient. Their website says 4-8 days arrival once shipped. This is obviously not true. I would have ordered more of this item had the customer service experience gone well. My son is having twins and wanted to see quality before ordering more. Also have many friends and family having children. Always fun to give a gift like this. I will most definitely use the other brand on the market.

Order shows to have shipped & is in the same location it was in 2 wks ago. The email response does not make sense, robotic & they will not cancel my order.

Ordered on 12/4...it's now 12/28 and the tracking has been saying its "awaiting item" for weeks. It says it's somewhere in new jersey but i doubt it. I've emailed customer service but based on the reviews here, it probably won't do anything. I'll just dispute the charge with my bank.

I placed my order on Dec 4th, 20 days later my order still hasn’t shipped yet. Customer service is not helpful at all. I would never buy anything from this business again.

To add to what others said, shipping times are grossly inaccurate. I placed order on 11/30 and it finally arrived on 12/24. Tracking info said it was 11 miles away the whole time but I’m guessing it was on a boat from China for the four weeks.

Unfortunately like many other people I placed my order November 30 and still have no received my package. It has been “in transit” since December 2 apparently sitting in New Jersey. The company refuses to issue a refund and just continues to send me the same link for tracking, “assuring” me that the package is on its way. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I feel this company is a scam. Do not waste your money.

Ordered on November 25th and it’s now Dec 21st. I never received my order. I reached out to them and they have me some BS answer and the tracking link is not linked to USPS or any real tracking information. Thankfully I ordered with PayPal and was able to get a refund through them by filing a dispute. Worried that they now have my information though.

If I could put negative stars I would. Same experience as everyone else on here…ordered on Black Friday and still waiting 3 weeks later for the item to arrive with the item seeming to go in a loop with their “carrier facility” and tracking stating the “usps is awaiting item”. Customer service gives you the same nonsense answer that they will be sorting it out. Scam. Will be disputing with my card company first thing tomorrow.
I encourage everyone to report this to their card companies and file fraud reports with relevant agencies as well as report the website fraudulent to google. They are stealing their ads from what seems to be a legitimate company (Lalabu Baby). I reported this to their customer service as well.
