I would give 0 stars if that was a option! I placed my order November 28th. Still no package! I reach out to them and all I get is a we will get back to you! Do Not order anything from this place! Horrible!

Do not buy! They are a scam. Website says 6-8 days shipping in the US. It’s been weeks! I’m moving before Christmas and it will not arrive. It’s been almost a month and the package continues to arrive and depart on the same area and it says usps is still waiting to received the package.

Ordered this item on November 23rd. It has been at a “shipping partner” facility, not USPS for 26 days now. I tried to inquire about an update, as it said shipping is between 7-14days. They said they are still sorting it and not to worry. This was a week ago. I requested a refund and they stopped responding. I had to place a dispute with my bank.

Shipping time is ridiculous. I ordered a shirt on 11/25. Its been in transit forever, I will return when received and order from competitor.

I placed an order on 12/1 and still haven’t received my package yet. Jeroble said it was “In Transit” and to wait for USPS to update the expected date but that last update I got was on 12/11 saying it arrived at the partner facility. It’s a Christmas gift so I’m hoping I get it in time but they need to update their shipping times on the website because it’s not accurate at all.

Update: Did not get the package yet as of 12/27 and it is still in New Jersey. Customer Service hasn’t replied yet regarding getting a refund. Don’t buy from this store.

Ordered a shirt three weeks ago- it still hasn’t been tracked as given to USPS. Every person I contact tells me to be patient and it will be delivered. Ridiculous. Save yourself the trouble. Order from somewhere else.

I’m still waiting on my order I placed on 11/17 and in looking at these reviews I now know why I keep getting the run around.
I will be disputing with my bank since I keep getting the same update on shipping, which shows the same tracking from 3 weeks ago.

As other review says, I ordered the ‘Dads Bonding Shirt’ and am very disappointed.

I’m a Medium/Large and as the ‘reviews’ on the site advise to go larger I went with a Large. The item arrived today and I’m very disappointed, the quality is that of Temu or SHEIN not £37 quality and is literally just a T-shirt with a pocket on the front, no support at all so exactly as other review states when baby goes in the T-shirt stretches leaving baby at my belly rather than chest.

The delivery is also a joke, shipped from China and arrived 3 weeks later.

Avoid!

Ordered the ‘Dad’s bonding shirt’ for a ‘discounted’ price of £36, apparently reduced from £72.
The T-shirt is literally just a normal t-shirt with an extra piece of fabric sewn onto the front. The additional piece, whilst sewn on securely, offers zero neck support for the baby or structural support for the rest of the shirt.
When baby is in the ‘pouch’, it pulls the t-shirt uncomfortably down and doesn’t really support anything. You can’t use this hands free at all, and for £36 I was expecting something a little more useful!
Plain, overpriced, normal t-shirt with a saggy pocket on the front.
