I ordered an item that was supposed to be here by valentines day. Then after I ordered it the email said up to March 5. I am still hoping I get the item, but I have my doubts. I will never order an item from this site again.

Kits were fine but directions were all in Japanese ☹️
The fairy kit is adorable and certainly worth the money. I would give it a 5-star rating, but the instructions are in Chinese or something and not complete. If you know a good bit about needle felting, no problem but it had a lot of things in the pack with no explanation. Still really worth the money!

Never received the item as it is missing in transit. The company gave me the run around about a refund so I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.

I was very pleased with the customer service that I received when the order that I had placed was not what I had ordered. After replying asking if it could be exchanged for the correct items, I got an immediate answer and the correct items shipped to me.
