Our trip from the airport to the hotel wasn't as expected. There was no child seat as requested, and not even a seatbelt for our 2 year old. Then the driver needed to stop for petrol - adding to an already very long journey time. However, our return trip to the airport was very smooth. Really nice, new passenger van, child seat installed, and the driver was very accommodating with picking us earlier with short notice.

We didn’t get an email giving us instructions for our arrival. As we were traveling we didn’t have cell phone service. We never did connect with our driver. The phone number that we asked ground service to phone didn’t work. I would not recommend this service

Thank you for your exceptional service. Despite the problems caused by the airline, everything worked out wonderfully. We traveled in 7 and were treated perfectly and shuttled in a clean Van. Also, the return trip to the airport was excellent. Anytime again!

Great and friendly service. The price was a little high. But the convenience was very good and efficient.

5 stars on everything. English speakers. Easy to reach by email. I found Ms. Anna very responsive answering all of my questions clearly and quickly. You can trust them.

Finally, a fair price for all of their services.

A little hard to find in the airport only because I don’t speak Hebrew but once we did, they all couldn’t have been nicer. Our driver was terrific and got us where we needed to be quickly. I would absolutely use Jetalimo again.

always on time, polite, nice driving, quiet, and sometimes fun conversations.

The customer service is awful. They were rude at the counter in Tel Aviv. The car wasn’t ready upon arrival. They then switched our car after one arrived. Awful. Really an awful experience. Taxi is far better

When I found the place in the airport the 2 guys that were in the front desk careless about the costumer (me).They gave little attention and just told me the driver was in the bathroom and I needed to wait after wait for minutes asked again and the same answer. The driver came later and not friendly man.Bad experience for expensive price.
I will not use this company from hotel to airport. The Hotel can make reservation for me for only $45 dollars.
I travel a lot around the world and the guys lost a client.

Driver was on time and vehicle was right size for all out luggage. The driver was nice and vehicle was clean.
