Our driver was great. Friendly and got us to our destination on time!

I was not picked up in Honolulu and I have contacted yourselves however received in email saying they will investigate however have never heard anything.

I traveled from Minneapolis to Lima and was going to an unfamiliar place for the first time. My driver Galileo was there with a sign with my name and was extremely helpful. Would recommend using the service.

the driver never showed up, I was going to the airport and was dependent on this service so it was extremely stressful and unprofessional. We arrived to the pick up spot 5 minutes before the scheduled time and proceeded to wait for 30 minutes. When no one arrived we called the phone number provided and emailed the company, no one picked up the phone and we got no response to the email. The company proceeded to charge us three times for the trip.

Taxi came on time although I have booked only the day before.

We had the worst experience! The driver forgot me and my baby at Heathrow airport !

Terrific - friendly driver was ready and waiting for the three of us at airport, smooth ride in to hotel. Had to book last minute due to travel plans and website made it easy. Recommend.

Great service. The driver was polite, on time & professional. I would use this service again!

The pick up person was on time and at the right spot. However, we have requested for a child car seat and have paid extra for it, there was no car seat in the car. I would think jetlimo should refund us for the extra they have charged me and did not deliver. We were very tired so we did not bother to ask the driver about it. However, we later found out "it is against the law to drive without a car seat when baby is in car in Hawaii". Thank goodness we were not caught by the police.

I booked a pick up and regrettably had to cancel it at very short notice, I received a full refund with no problem and no hesitation. Would highly recommend this company for outstanding customer service and they will definitely be a preferred supplier for future needs.

UPDATE: After I posted my reservations about the service, I was contacted by the Jetalimo and was offered compensation, truly showing the level of commitment that they have for customers. I was very pleased with the ride we got the second time around, taking us on time with a baby car seat and extra room for all the luggage. Thanks Jetalimo!

Ordered a baby seat but didn't get it

Although the driver did wait for us for quite a while (there was a flight delay and a long queue at passport control), when we got to the cab - there was only a booster and not the baby seat we ordered.

Plus, the driver dropped us off a block away from the adress we gave him and we only realized it after he drove off.
