Worst betting site ever

Worst betting site ever. Started out by cancelling my sportsbonus, because of completely insane terms and conditions (make sure too check them). I luckily got my sportsbonus cancelled and I decided too withdraw all my 1000 kr as quickly as possible. The withdrawal was accepted, but after a week I still didn't receive any money on my bank account. I logged in and saw that the have "stolen money from my account", because of no activity. ( Why would there be activity when all my money were withdrawn). Hopefully I will be able to withdraw the rest of my 950 kr now. DONT EVER USE THIS SITE! Depositting is completely flawless, but withdrawal is filled with obstackles !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I sent all the documents they asked for…

I sent all the documents they asked for and than I got an email saying I did not pass the KYC. They said that they will confiscate my winnings and close my account so I can not withdraw. Absolute joke of a site. Do not open an account there

Thieves

Thieves! They are keeping my money for weeks, and I pased verification process sucessfully.
They even me asked me to deposit more money via different method so I could withdraw the same way, and when I did that they still didn't return my money! And we are talking about around 150 euros here!
Support is doing nothing, they are telling me they have ''investigation'' about my withdrawing methods!! Hahaha and as I told you, it has been for weeks now!
Stay away, because clearly their only intention is stealing people's money!

UPDATE:
In their reply you can clearly understand their policy: Repeating these kind of answers on and on, until you give up on your money.
The problem here is that I won't give up, and I will take what's mine on one way or another.

No live chat available no reply to…

No live chat available no reply to emails. I have had a bet settled as lost where match was abandoned so should be void but no reply’s. Why advertise live chat when it doesn’t exist very poor will give it 24 hours and if no contact will report to ombudsman and gaming authorities.

Won amount on slots, no winnings credited to account, no live chat response

Won bonus game, game crashed half way through. Reloaded game and won 610 coins. Game crashed again, reloaded and no cash had been credited to my wallet. After waiting 25 minutes on chat with no response, decided i'd spin again hoping it'd launch bonus game. It didnt.

45 minutes later and no reply on chat still despite the casino supposedly offering "live chat" until 10pm (its 20:38 now).

Have never had a problem with NetEnt games on any other gambling site, so I can only assume that JetBull's infrastructure is as bad as its live chat.

Rubbish Customer Service

Got an email from Jetbull saying they would match up to EUR400% deposit 100% as a bonus plus GBP 50 but I'd need to contact C/S after I'd made my deposit.
So I've made my deposit and can I get hold of their customer service? Can I heck.
Really disappointed.

Never really had an issue until now

Never really had an issue until now , yes it's hard to make a withdrawl but suppose who wants to give you money bk you've earned these days,
But recently at the start if the premiership season I had a matched bonus funds returned offer , placed my bet and won so 100 turned into 200 but after 2 days the funds are not in my account , and as you only have a certain amount if time to wager them im a little annoyed at the hold up with this. This was the busiest weekend for betting on football and wanted to place numerous bets to wager through my bonus money but couldn't.
As it stands I'm still waiting for my funds to be placed into my account . Have tried every few hours you contact customer support but always seem to be too Busy so have left countless messages emails and live chat but no luck as no one seems to want to answer me .
Think long and carefully before registering with this site

It had not run out as I explained when I finaly got a response I was well with in the time limit , in fact was a whole month before it was due to expire . As for crediting me yes you did in the end ,
With nothing extra as way of an apology for withholding my funds over the weekend , also for saying it was expired when it clearly wasn't
