I ve just openned an account

first deposit of £30 didnt appear. Made a second one didnt get anything.

Checked my bank account £ 60 pound were taken from it for jetbull

Tried to contact customer service ( good luck to you guys if you need to reach them) send proof of the 2 deposit

Got an answer saying that they can only got one so will only give me £ 30 back...+ £15 for my 50% deposit bonus

these £45 came into bonus money so I could only use them on bet with odds greater then 2.0..

Dont think i ll ever see that other £30

Absolute waste of time, avoid them

I deposited and didn't receive a bonus so I contacted live support but I didn't receive a reply. By the end I deposited £650 with no real return and got an emailed response the next day that asked me to deposit again and talk to live help to get the bonus. I tried live help but again it wasn't available. in effect you aren't going to get the bonus. My advice contact live help before you deposit if not available don't deposit. I don't know what you would need to do to withdraw?

I am trying to get help from you and you simply have disappeared. I had the misfortune of using 100 per cent bonus from you. I made a deposit of 70 and got 70 bonus from you. So i had a deposit of 140 in my account. I did not read small print and realised too late that I need to make bets of over 1400 to withdraw any money. I have made bets of over 2000 now and am asking you what else do i need to do to withdraw my money from my account. Currently, it stands at 500. A

I have stated the scenario i am in. I have made bets of over 2000 , and have winning amount of 500 left. Why am i still not allowed to withdraw any money?
IS THERE ANY SCENARIO WHERE IT IS POSSIBLE TO WITHDRAW WINNINGS IF YOU HAVE USED BONUS. Or is it not worth even trying.

This must be the worst online betting company. I made the mistake of joining via a promotion where your deposit is matched. However, In reality once you deposit your money in ...you are never able to take it out..You need to keep betting until you lose it all. Have a think before you even consider this bunch of cons

Example: customer makes deposit of £100 and receives the full bonus amount of £100. Qualifying deposit amount of £100 + bonus funds of £100 = £200. £200 must be wagered 10 times (10x200=2000) before the bonus funds and qualifying deposit amount are released to the customer’s real money balance.

These are defrauder and a cheat company...Avoid at all costs..

I put through my details for their offer and received it with all the basic tie ins. 30x wagering etc etc

I've managed to get through the KYC fine - sent my details and they turned it around fast enough.

I managed to get up to £46,000 now and I'm just gong through the withdrawal.

It's a bit of a pain you can only withdraw in £2000 installments and only £5000 per day.

I withdrew my first £2000 at 00:00 today and I'm just waiting for it to go through processing - hopefully it all goes very smooth - will be happy to update once all monies received to hopefully dispel any of the bad ratings here.

you can't simply bet whatever you want, ITS HAS TO BE OVER EVENS/2.0 OR MORE, and there is not much left with that odds, less than that won't be accepted, and not for all bet you can put in as you like THE STAKE IS WHAT THEY OFFER ALLOW YOU TO , i tried to put 50£ many times, then the message would be max stake is £3.92, £10.12 like that.

YOUR WINNINGS ARE CAPPED AT £1125, (bonus *15 times,ie,£75*15= 1125£)only that including the ORIGINAL AMOUNT YOU INVESTED (IN THIS CASE), that is why they make your deposit amount+ the given bonus by jetbull altogether as bonus balance. ie, if you made more than that it goes to jetbull itself.

Avoid!!! They pretend there’s a system error so you can’t withdraw any winnings and technical support never get back to you. Then contacted ‘customer services’ and they want all of your personal information, literally driving licence, front and back of credit card, bank statement with all 4 corners in view. Probably enough stuff to clone your information! £100 of winnings I’ll never get back. They need shutting down asap

Site goes down very frequently; they also claimed to have a payment issue, where it took over 2 weeks to receive my funds.

Shoddy customer service, they seem to also have only 1 person working for them, as my e-mails & live chat cases have been with the same person each time.
