Good Store
I never bought or heard about jet cards before, but the packaging was great and support was easy to talk to. My order was delayed a little while they waited for the shipment, but it shipped out the day after it got there. Pretty good experience, would buy again from them!

Released Phantasmal Booster Boxes and bots took all stock within few seconds. Jet Cards don’t even care as they charge above RRP so they don’t even care about cancelling. Absolute joke for us pokemon fans

What you are saying is not true, we care deeply for all pokemon fans and wish for all genuine fans to be able to get access to product. We already have put in place plans for future releases to sell in store only on an eligibility scheme, however at the moment we are not in a position to do so.
We have been actively reviewing all pre-orders placed with us after releasing a small amount of product for Phantasmal flames and have already cancelled and refunded a number of orders that we associated with automated buy-bots. We also use multiple bot protection systems to protect our website from bots during highly anticipated releases, there will always be some advanced bots that can bypass our systems.
We are still in the process of reviewing orders and will continue to cancel those triggered by our bot detection. We will also be banning those who use bots from ordering from us in the future.
We actively ask all our genuine customers to share with us any details they have about bot abuse so we can investigate more. I hope we have been able to shed some light on the situation. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team on support@jetcards.uk
