I placed a order Thursday day got a email at 12.30 that evening saying it’s just been dispatched . This was my major warning sign as who dispatches items at that time ! And then second warning was the company said it was sent but the tracking showed differently & lastly it says delivered today yet I have had nothing this is poor service I will now have to get my bank to help get my full refund as I doubt the company will help as I have lost faith now TO ADD TO THIS I DID NOT AND NEVER WILL GIVE A SAFE PLACE AS THERE IS NOT ONE . This company have lied & I would ADVOID them

We have required time to investigate your emails and enquiries to confirm the status of your order in the hopes we can provide you with some answers.
There has been a slight delay in getting back to you, this is due to the fact that I have asked that no other customer service representative from my team reply to your emails given the aggressive and insulting nature of your messages, this is something that I do not condone or expect my team to have to deal with.
Here are the facts:
- You placed an order with us at 2:27pm on August 21st 2025.
- Our late shift fulfilment team picked and packed your order on the 21st and marked this as complete at the end of their shift, this therefore marked the order for delivery and generated a tracking number. This was sent to you at 12:23am on August 22nd 2025.
- Your order was collected from our distribution centre by Royal Mail at 11:00am on August 22nd 2025.
- Tracking states that your order arrived at your local RM hub on 24th August at 4:35pm and was delivered to your address on 26th August at 9:13am.
All facts listed above have showcased that we have fulfilled our contractual duty as a business to you.
To add to this:
- Royal Mail have confirmed the order was delivered to your residence, which can be proved by GPS location tracking as well as a clear photograph of the item at your residence left in a safe place.
Should your wish to pursue this issue further, you are well within your rights to do so. We believe that we have more than sufficient evidence to prove that we have completed our duty to you in a timely manner.

Good price and fast delivery
Good price and fast delivery. However my play booster box has come in a pretty bad state, the wrap is split on one side and the box itself is heavily damaged. Not opened yet so let’s hope it’s not been tampered with.

Exceptional Service Throughout!
