Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 55 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many people experienced significant delays with the shuttle bus service, often waiting much longer than advertised for buses that were frequently full or did not stop. This unreliable transport sometimes led to customers missing their flights, causing considerable stress. Reviewers also found car parks difficult to navigate, describing them as dark, overcrowded, and having uneven, pothole-riddled surfaces. Additionally, many expressed strong dissatisfaction with the pricing, particularly high overstay charges which they considered excessive. However, some customers also noted positive interactions with staff, particularly shuttle bus drivers who were described as friendly, helpful, and attentive. A few other people also felt that the parking process and bus transfers were smooth and efficient, with no issues finding spaces or waiting for transport.

First time using Jet Parks 3 and it…

First time using Jet Parks 3 and it will be the last unless it’s the only option left. Massive car park which is crowded and given the price you pay the flooring on the car park isn’t great. With an infrequent overcrowded transfer service. No food or drink on the buses so don’t be paying for an expensive coffee on your return and expect to drink on the bus. If you use this service expect to have to wait half an hour or more to potentially have to stand on a crowded bus. The bus shelters are small and wouldn’t stop you getting wet if it was raining. We were fortunate it wasn’t raining as we waited a good 30 mins for a bus on the way out and about the same on return. We were staying over night so wasn’t an issue for being late to airport but bear this in mind with your timings. Definitely wasn’t every 15 minutes like it states in the parking info. Wasn’t a great experience for what we paid £127 for one weeks parking.

I used Jetspark at Stansted Airport

I used Jetspark at Stansted Airport. I’m absolutely satisfied with the service. In and out was nice and easy, the shuttle drivers were helpful and friendly. Well, the only negative thing was, that the battery was dead in my car I came back to the airport. But the lady who was driving the shuttle quickly arranged help for me. Thank you for her and those two gentlemen (professional staff from the Airport) who helped me get home.

Broken help point at bus stop, no information on how to get help

We have used Jetparks a few times and previously been impressed with the service. Unfortunately on our return from our last holiday we had a nightmare experience.
We returned to our car, clicked the key fob and nothing happened. The car battery had died because of the dash cam not turning off! I managed to go online and found a YouTube video of how to open a door in a car with no key holes, so we had one door that opened, not great on a hot day, no way of opening windows or other doors. We went online to contact jetParks, could not find any options for getting help. We tried Stansted car parking , no options for help in a JetParks car park. I went to the bus stop for our car park. There was an intercom help box thing but the button that you would need to press to get help was missing! We looked for signs or posters with information on how to get help, there was none! In the end we had to call in a local garage to jump start us. This was annoying because we did find out that jet parks do provide a jumpstart service, but no details on how to request one except find a member of staff! Over the two hours that we were on the car park we did not see any members of staff.
My husband complained but we were told it was not the responsibility of jetParks to maintain the bus stop help points and that it’s our responsibility to ensure we have breakdown cover. So no refund.
I found this response very annoying. We had not asked for a refund? We were just annoyed that there was no way to get help in easy walking distance. It seems ridiculous that there is no phone number printed anywhere to get assistance and that the help point was broken. What if our phone battery had run out and we needed urgent assistance?
We have breakdown cover but this was something that takes five minutes to resolve. The breakdown people can take hours to arrive. We opted for the quickest option we had as we couldn’t find a way to contact jet parks.

Absolute terrible service rude to the point of being obnoxious driver who clearly didn't want to be there ,refused us to enter the bus even though plenty of room had to wait another 40 min for next one ,then driven around around all three terminals twice until the bus was jammed solid , overall 1hr40 min to get to car from the airport longer than my flight to Spain 🤬🤬,will never use them again

Actually a great service - just include the time to use it.

We have used Jetparks at Manchester Airport three times this year and their service has been excellent. Mindful that the staff are dealing with people who may be anxious about making flights on time, or tired and grumpy because they’ve been on a long flight and just want to get home, the drivers and support staff are really helpful … even when we get it wrong, they help out.
On one occasion we were held up in traffic and were close to missing our flight. When we boarded the bus we asked the driver to let us know when we were at the drop off for the Sleazyjet check-in. She did more than that, she rerouted and took us straight there so we didn’t miss the flight! (Thank you). On another occasion, we couldn’t get through the entrance barrier with cars queuing up behind us. On speaking to the chap on the intercom, he looked up the details on the system and explained that we were at the wrong Jetparks car park (our error!) but said not to worry, he’ll sort it. Next thing, another guy appeared from nowhere, resolved the the traffic chaos and directed us towards the right car park.
After our latest return flight, we arrived at the bus stop to find a big crowd waiting for the transfer bus. This is where we thought we should have made different arrangements as there’s no way everyone was getting on the bus. After waiting ages (it was only, in fact, 11 minutes) the bus turned up and it became clear that, at busy times, they dedicate a bus to a location, rather than the round-robin route they do at other times. So, from the big crowd, only a portion would be going to the same car park. Problem, that wasn’t a problem, solved. The same driver stopped on route to pick up a couple dragging suitcases along a busy road. They had apparently caught the wrong bus and he recognised this and helped them out.
Definitely worth using their service … just make the extra time to facilitate the fact that your parking off-site and you have to wait for buses.

Will never use again -Disgraceful service

We arrived at 4.30am for a flight out at 6.45am which we thought would be plenty of time. Once through the barrier we seemed to drive around forever trying to find a space. When we eventually found one we had to wait nearly 45 minutes for a bus to come. Any later and we'd have missed our flight. We had to run through Terminal 2 like Kevin's family in Home Alone.
They claim shuttle buses are every 15 minutes which is clearly a lie. The bus driver past so many other poor people that were very angry.
Totally stressful and will never use Jetparks 3 again. Not the start to a holiday that anyone wants.

3 buses drove pass us at bus stop

3 buses drove pass us at bus stop. Drivers will not stop to pick up.

JetParks 3 Manchester. Arrived and parked early afternoon. Then stood at bus stop and had three buses drive pass us (2 adults, 2 children) without stopping.
Bus 1: fairly full bus, driver shouted through window for us to wait for next bus "just coming"
Bus 2: totally empty and signed "not in service" - gestured down the road for us to take next bus
Bus 3: totally empty and driver did not even bother to slow down or communicate.
I stood in middle of road for the fourth bus and it stopped.

Lost all faith in the company. You don't make an allowance of 40 mins of waiting for a bus in the plan to catch the flight.

Please avoid easyjet especially if you…

Please avoid easyjet especially if you are travelling with kids to make memories. Our family plus another family were denied boarding as we were 6 minutes late for bag drop! We had checked in online, reached Manchester airport at 5am and it took 45 mins for jetpark ringway buses to bring us to T1! Agree we were late but just by 6mins and the staff completely lacked empathy and did not try to help us other than pushing us to book another flight! A lady (not on desk) was visibly amused that we had missed our flight and everyone started preaching that we should have been there 3 hours prior. Apparently easyjet had changed the bagdrop timings 3 weeks ago according to the personnel there but I wasn’t warned. Will never ever book a holiday with them again!
Lessons learnt:
1. Don’t use Easyjet
2.Don’t use jetparks ringway parking at Manchester
Worth spending some extra cash and enjoy our holidays

Shuttle bus driver - Elvis

My review is for our shuttle bus driver to Jetparks 3 - his name is Tahir (aka Elvis) he was helpful and kind and he went “the extra mile” after we returned from a holiday in the early hours. A good representative for his company.

Very good parking

Jet Park Ringway at Manchester Airport. Very good parking! No problems at all, before trip change of vehicle was easy and fast.

Arrive at least 1 hour earlier

Awful! Arrive at least 1 hour earlier than you need to.
You will be lucky if you find a place after driving around for about 15-20 minutes, no parking spaces.... uneven road, no hard surface - luggage is dirty and covered in dust after walking on this road to the bus stop.
Transfer is terrible: The stated transfer time to the terminal is 7 - 9 minutes, but in our case it took 45 minutes after we got on the bus or 1 hour and 10 minutes after we entered the car park.
We almost missed our flight!!! Very poor bus service, indifferent, slow and unhelpful bus drivers. They only repeat ‘sorry, we are busy’.....

Jet parks 3

Jet parks 3 - Missed my flight due to barrier not recognising my VRM. Couldn’t initially work the call button as it was not clearly marked and it was dark and a large queue behind me. Eventually got through the barrier where it was confirmed I had booked and paid but the operator said it sometimes doesn’t recognise your VRM. Huge carpark and had to drive some distance to find a spot and wait for the transfer which takes longer than stated. Driver said to me ‘Did you press the right call button on the barrier box’ which confirmed to me they’ve had this problem before!!
Cost me £170.00 for a later flight.
So arrive very early or pay a bit extra for the multi storey.

Poor Experience – Would Not Use Again

The pick-up location for the return journey was unclear, as people were standing in front of the signs, making it difficult to find. The drivers were also quite rude. Be prepared to add at least an extra hour to your journey – between trying to find a parking space, waiting for the bus, and then taking an extended tour of Manchester before finally reaching the terminal. Overall, a frustrating experience and I would definitely not use this service again.

No problems for me

I've seen some of the other reviews but my experience was fine. It's further away from the airport than I had thought but I could have researched that myself. The shuttles seemed very regular and the drivers were helpful. I arrived after a 3 hour delay and had no problem exiting. My car was untouched and safe. Numbered parking places would definitely help though. It was more luck than judgement that I went straight to my car at 3.30am with my brain hardly functioning.

Non exisitent customer service for Jet Parks

The customer service for Jet parks is shocking and non existent. God forbid you have a query or an issue....you would never be able to resolve it. They have a form online that does not work, a help number ....that does not work, and to top that off, the booking reference number ive been sent is not recognised on Jet parks own website so ive not been able to amend my booking or cancel it. As a result, Ive now lost a lot of money and still received no contact with them. Its a joke i will never use them again. It should not be impossible to make contact with a company you have paid pver hundreds of pounds to park your car with! Shocking! Funny there is never a delay when it comes to taking your money!

Disgraceful

Disgraceful. We landed at 1:30 and outside with out bags for 1:45. The first bus came which only could pick up 2 people! Plenty of people waiting in the rain for a bus which did not arrive until 2:35. We wont get home until 5 AM now. I will never use this scum of a company again. Not worth a single penny, Refund should be deserved
