Bought this product not knowing that it was an American funds unfortunately it’s quite a bit more expensive. I will try it out if it is as good as you say it is I guess I’ll pay the extra money and see how it goes. Thank you for your prompt response.

I like the test results, I’ve ordered and am now excited to try your product. I don’t care for all the added upselling, if the product works I’ll 100% recommend and re order if necessary.

Ordering for me was a very satisfying experience. Site was easy for me to get through to the final product. I wish all sites for all online products were as easy.

WHAT WAS I THINKING ? Would someone out there kindly kick my a%^!!!!! A Chinese company offering a "power washer" for $40. After the usual month for delivery this plastic piece of crap works with even less force than the garden hose alone! Here's whereI need another a$% whooping : I thought I would take them up on their "30 day money back guarantee" . That's a bigger joke than the product. Outrageous hold time , folks that are both rude and bored (esp Mark) and are useless as far as any attempt at a reasonable refund or any explanation. God , I pray that companies will pop back up in the good 'ol USA and make products we need. PLEASE

They advertise "Canadian" product but after checking out my credit card it was US $$. Over $100 for something I could have bought off Amazon and had the next day. 2 weeks and still haven't received my shipment. Tried to cancel one day after ordering and they said too late even though no tracking was sent until 2 days later. Buyer beware!

My 4 star rating is only for customer service. My first attempt to make contact by calling on the phone wasn’t successful. I was on hold for over ten minutes. I then tried email and found that was the best way to communicate. They responded to my questions in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the nozzles do not work for me and I’m waiting on the return procedure to get a refund.

I am looking for a stronger unit. I bought one that promised the same thing but it was not quite powerful enough to take down algae.

Careful! No indication anywhere that payment was in US dollars, not AU. I ordered 2 but after checkout it billed me for 3, ‘$187’ - didn’t notice this until too late. On checking my credit card app I had actually been billed $263. Annoying onselling pages to get to checkout and difficult to get past - tiny font for ‘no thanks’. I don’t know whether the product is any good, and maybe it will never arrive, but selling process is deceitful and dodgy. Their “Customer Support” email address bounces back and doesn’t exist. Others stung by this company need to contact their consumer protection agencies and try to have them banned

Nightmare. Tried to buy the Jetterix however sold me a load of other stuff i did nit want or need
Tried cancelling but so far have given me a load of nonnsence about systems being down yet send me emails saying my order is on its way. I DON'T WANT IT!

Really well done. The reason not a ‘5’ is the multiple and, honestly, confusing sell pitches at the end. Honestly, the 1st of the multiple sales pitches was useful, but I got somewhat confused on the 3rd and then got tired of refusing the rest - except of course for Premium Shipping which should have been explained right away before any other sales pitches at the end.
