At this point,30 days and still no nozzle ,plus one I was charged for but did not order, no doubt in my mind it's an all out SCAM. After several text they still can not provide a shipping number. Text replies seem to be AI. So many excuses. Asked for a refund and nothing but excuses. Don't buy,unless you are just giving your money away.

Easy to use web page, good references, hopefully they accurately support the product.

Terrible experience, and even worse customer service. I had 3 different agents hang up on me over a simple cancellation request that I’ve been trying to resolve for over 12 hours. Multiple agents assured me it would be completed within an hour, yet nothing was done.

At this point, it’s starting to feel like a scam. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this site.

If they can’t even handle a basic cancellation properly, I can’t imagine how difficult a warranty claim or return request would be.

Disliked the persistent pushing of additional products.

Your agent told me the email sent after our call would have instructions for returning a purchase for credit. Instead this EMAIL tells me to rate the agent’s service THEN call back for instructions on returning/refund. How could you make this more challenging/time consuming? The whole reason for returning the items is overcharging for items we never ordered, then after we immediately notified of overcharge and asked for cancellation (4/28) your rep said it was too late-order ready to ship.That was not true- order shipped days later based on notice you sent me.
Now requesting AGAIN for instructions to return items/order number 4865ADEF14 in the amount if $251.69.

Too good to be true and it is really too good to be true! It is an absolute waste of money! Much too dear! Chinese rubbish!
Don't be so stupid to believe the advertisement and the videos! It is not true!
Total crap!

I received my 2 nozzles that you advertised would give me more water pressure than a conventional garden hose nozzle. I'm here to tell you that even a standard brass garden nozzle, and the 3 other garden nozzles (at a cost of $15.00 a piece!) deliver more pressure than your product. All this, after within 15 minutes of placing my order, I tried to cancel but was informed that it had already been processed (in 15 minutes!). Then you sent an email saying you offered me a free warranty on both nozzles. As I look at my order I see that you already charged me for warranty on one of the nozzles I ordered and did so somehow without my knowledge. (I never buy a warranty on any product). I don’t like the product. Not very powerful

It was fast and easy. The delivery fee is very reasonable but I didn't see it until I was paying for the hose. I am sure the price I thought I am paying was $59.95 but I was charged $69.95 with no explanation.

Getting the order of what I wanted was simple, having to go through 5 more offers was a pain. Especially since the “No thanks” was so small, think I hit some charge for a $9+ warranty (which I didn’t want). By the time I got to the final total, it was approximately $10 more than I expected. By that time I was running out of time “for the special pricing”, I just said yes. In fact if I could go back I would only give 3 stars versus 4stars.

In fairness to Jetterix, they did refund me the warranty $29.85. I have requested information on returning the rest of the items that are still over ,$200.00. We will see how it goes.....

Fast/easy/let’s see what happens/just ordered

Customer service is excellent. They respond very quickly, action issues promptly and efficiently. This is probably the best customer service experience I have had from an online retailer.
