I guess what happened was that when I…

I guess what happened was that when I looked at this I thought it was a Canadian site that I was going on to order this piece of equipment and I thought it was in Canadian money. It turned out to be in US funds and I wasn’t prepared to pay that amount of money and when I cancel the order, they said that my order had already gone through, but then the team got onto it right away and cancel it for me and it seemed to work out quite well, so I want to thank the team for doing that so quickly for me.

The ad was false

The ad was false. It stated half price of $70. It was supposed to be invented by Brisbane engineer and gave no indication of extra charges and that it was in American dollars not Australian. Instead of $35 plus handling and postage, the total is A$110. However, after my review that was scathing about their practices, I was refunded my money except for A$5. So I am satisfied that I almost received a total refund.
