This is the 3rd time we have used Jewel - we now have all our windows completed.
David, our sales contact throughout, was awesome. All our fitters have been wonderful. The two gentlemen were recently polite, respectful, and genuine. We changed our chrome fitting to white to fit in with the other windows, and no charge.

Just had 4 large windows and our front door replaced by Jewel and the whole process from quoting to installation has been a smooth. There were a few hiccups during installation but all dealt with quickly and everything was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend Jewel & would use again. Thank you.

I have had window panes and in roof solar system with battery through Jewel, all round good experience with support all the way - including post installation. The system works brilliantly and 6 months on now, I am very happy with the results.

Couldn't be more delighted with our recent installation of bi-fold doors. Exceeded our expectations in terms of how neatly they fitted into the previous space. We were expecting a need to redecorate, but not a hint that they've even been recently fitted and look completely at home like they've sat there for years!

I used Jewel to fit 7 new windows and chose a different style, the Italian style, which looks fantastic. The only issue I had was that they didn’t always respect the agreed fitting times. However, the fitter, James, was absolutely brilliant. He worked over 2 days and did a fantastic job fitting all the windows.
In the end, I would definitely recommend this company. The window style I chose looks great, and James’ workmanship was excellent. Thank you very much James, for the fantastic work!

You fitted our ground floor flat with windows and Bi fold doors which we were very pleased with. Getting you to do the upper floor windows. We have had nothing but trouble with. After taking out the bay windows found they didn't fit and the wrong design, These were put in via ladders . they had to install them while wanting for correct design and size to be remade .and wait for scaffolding to be installed . No scaffolding was put up to the back of the house , fitters tried doing it from ladders . They couldn't reach top of windows and couldn't put kitchen window in . Now waiting for this job to be finished . They haven't taken notice of our email to get this done when it is convenient to us and our tenants. Wouldn't recommend this firm . On phoning the person you need to speak to is never available. They need to get there fingers out and get our job completed . Quick enough to take your money . Unsatisfied customer .

Brilliant service! Needed a window replaced for our trade counter entrance.
All very easy. Made a quick call and all was sorted within a week. Great communication from Becky keeping me up to date, and fitting was done very quickly and looks great. Would definitely recommend.

Wow! What aftercare!!
Suddenly our 6 year old Kendrick door wouldn’t shut.
Phone call promptly answered, lovely man Lee out within the hour and all fixed!!
Love the doors but even more impressed with the aftercare service.
So important, would highly recommend.

We had great service from Jewel Windows from start to finish. We needed replacement glass as the seal had gone on two windows, leaving the glass misted up. The new glass was fitted quickly and professionally by Lee, and Becky kept us informed every step of the way.

Their service was great from start to end. They gave quick and thorough quotes, spoke through all our options, installation was very quick with no mess and everyone very friendly. We had an issue with one window, they were easy to contact and replaced the window pain within the week. I would absolutely recommend and use again.

Had a need to replace a sealed unit in my bi-fold doors. From the initial enquiry right up to the installation the staff were brilliant. Excellent customer service all round. Thank you

Jewel has excellent customer service. I was kept informed throughout from my initial inquiry to the installation. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Windows are good, apart from what the sales man offers to what you get are different, we were told noise reduction windows so won't hear the school, yet they're just as noisy as are old rubbish windows, company refuse to resolve this, fitting wasn't great they were too keen to leave by 3pm rather than making sure job was completed properly, finance offers are not correct to what you actually get, to be honest I regret using this company. They say they're in contact but they're ignoring my messages etc and are not willing to do anything to resolve their lies. Jewel take your money then blank you, I am now in contact with trading standards etc to stop these cowboys.

Asked for a quote for new conservatory. Called me the day before due to come out and asked about requirements and told me that a 7.3m by 4m conservatory would costs £85k !!!!!!!! Have 3 other quotes highest £32k. They charge £3k a sqm for conservatory !!!!!

It has been 8 years since Jewel fitted our front door and apart from a minor adjustment a year or so after it was installed, we hadn’t had any problems. However, at the start of this year we noticed a hairline crack on the front of the door.
I checked our paperwork and the door had a 10 year warranty. Honestly, being 8 years into a 10 year warranty, I was expecting a bit of a battle, but I was wrong. Within a week I had an installation date and in less than a month after my initial request, the door had been replaced. Lee, the installer, was friendly, polite and efficient.

Sorry to say that not such a great experience this time. Previously both the sales (Nathan) and the fitters have been brilliant. Today, the guy was clearly not happy about doing his 4th job of the day. Thundered up and downstairs with his boots on and left quite a good mess to clear up. Splashes of i don't know what on the window sill and down the wall, Grit and filler from bathroom downstairs to front door. Let's hope he put the window in well. Just a bad day I guess.
