Professional, efficient and really tidy. We've just had several windows and a back door fitted. The fitters did it all in 3 days. Very pleased with the job.

Early arrival, friendly, obvious experience. Dave and Daniel worked well as a team, navigated easily through unforseen issues and left the place tidy.

We had a replacement door on the ground floor and a replacement window on the first floor. The process was straightforward and painless, from ordering to the installation. Have used Jewel a couple of times now for various window and door replacements, and it's always been efficient and uncomplicated.

I can only speak extremely highly of everyone from my initial enquiry about renewing all my windows to finish. Communication from start to finish has been detailed both in email and phone calls. The speed of dealing with everything and coordination has been seamless. Initial deposit taken at order. Main amount upon fitting and final payment not asked for until I was completely happy everything had been done to the required standards. Shaun and Ben who fitted all the windows were meticulous in their attention to detail, tidiness, professionalism and consideration throughout. Thank you!

I had 4 windows and 1 French door installed by Jewel Windows back in April, but unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing and issues are still ongoing.

On the day of installation, the fitters abruptly left without saying goodbye or giving me the opportunity to raise any concerns.

I’ve encountered several issues:

* The kitchen window handles were misaligned and required a return visit to fix (had to wait over a month)
* The French door hinges damaged the surrounding wall, which I had to pay to have repaired.
* The air vents were loose and had to be fixed, and are still full of disgusting plastic bits which you can clearly see
* I paid extra for cranked handles but instead received cheaper inline handles. Despite contacting customer service several times, I still have not received the refund for the difference.

While some issues were eventually rectified, the repeated problems, poor communication and as yet lack of resolution regarding the handle refund have been extremely frustrating.

I don't normally post reviews but the experience has been really poor. I expected much better workmanship and customer service. Unfortunately, I would not use Jewel Windows again.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
Terrible from start to finish and I wish I had done more research on this company before I spent a lot of money with them. Everyone blaming one another for the extremely poor & unprofessional service I received, extremely late delivery & fitting, not returning my calls or emails but they were very quick to take my money!
I tried contacting the senior managers (Mike & Steve Farr) but no response. I had to threaten legal action to find any solution....you have been warned!

The service was good up until the fitters arrived and we were happy with the installation. The mess left behind was disappointing, we expected some but not have to pick small lumps of plaster out the bath plug hole. A mirror was also knocked down which caused damage to a chest of drawers but when reported this was not acknowledged.
Further to leaving the review we were contacted and offered a small payment as a goodwill gesture.

Three failed installations, wrong size door, missing glazing and a no show.

**20/08 - Two weeks since my install, now I’m waiting for:

Missing key, dents to be rectified, scratched frames, missing window bars, poorly installed frame to be rectified, gasket protruding over glass, poorly put together door, gaps to frame.

Recently I purchased this property and decided to replace the front door. They came to fit the new door and all done in about an hour. Very quick and the look is a lot better than the old one. They then came to do the final finish and the front door is now being commented by the neighbours saying that it looks a lot better, Very pleased with this new door. Thanks for doing the job

We contracted Jewel Windows for double glazing and French doors. The whole experience was fantastic. Once fitted, there were some minor issues, we had 22 fitments, it was put right immediately, no quibbles, no chasing.

Subsequently we have just installed solar with Jewel. Their trades work hard and deliver. Would highly recommend.

This company is a scam. They take the first payment and then they leave you in a complete mess. They start demanding payment and don’t complete the job. You have to pay for every stage they do. Or don’t do.
They take on vulnerable people. My job was to start in April I’m still waiting the job to be done.
