In my experience the firm (especially Joseph Fisher) treated me with great care and attention. Replied immediately with any requests that I made. The staff were also really wonderful

I have never felt to be a "pain" or a problem and had all questions answered promptly. I felt that all personnel that worked on my case were polite and efficient. In particular Joseph Fisher who even made fighting for just a little bit more was important no matter the amount. Ultimately the amount received was what the case was originally valued at and far higher than the defendants derisory first offer.

I cannot praise my solicitor Stephen Ireland enough, while on a cruise I suffered an injury to my arm and shoulder, on my return I was contacted by the cruise company and was told that I couldn't claim compensation as it was an act of God due to adverse weather conditions, so I contacted JF law and later Stephen phoned me and said I did have a case for compensation, and he worked constantly on my behalf keeping me informed all the time and finally getting my claim settled, I was so surprised to see the amount of compensation that was awarded to me, many thanks to them all..
