I was told twice by two different reps that a sales person would call me back to assist in canceling. No one called either time. It feels like the company is trying to run out the clock on my cancellation window. Feels very untrustworthy and scammy. I will not look to do business with JG Wentworth again unless I were to see efforts to correct.

So far things look pretty good, got good vibes while talking to Sean, now l just let him do his magic in 6 months,l told it will be better so one day at time.
