The first time I spoke with someone from JG Wentworth, I was on the fence about consolidating my debt. The rep was very patient with me and gave me honest advice for my specific situation. Months later I made the decision finally to go with JG Wentworth and Aaron helped me get all set up with my loan. He, also, was very patient as well as compassionate. He listened to my concerns and my unique situation. I felt that I was heard and I could truly trust Aaron to guide me in the right direction. I am very happy with my experience and confident I have made the right decision.

He answered every question I had sometimes two or three times until he was positive I understood. He was patient and knowledgeable. I had a really frustrating experience with JG Wentworth’s debt solution program. From the beginning, the fees were not clearly explained, and what I was told upfront didn’t match what I ended up being charged. It felt misleading and left me questioning their transparency.

On top of that, communication was extremely poor. Once I was enrolled, it became very difficult to get clear answers or even reach someone who could explain what was going on with my account. Calls and emails often went unanswered, and when I did get a response, it was vague and unhelpful.

Overall, I felt unsupported and misled throughout the process. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this program to ask detailed questions, get everything in writing, and explore other options before committing.

Customer service was totally nice great very personable very uplifting not belittling very maybe very confident. Left me feeling very great that I made the decision took a burden off of me.

The debt relief program and process was explain in great detail with transparency and honesty. The agent that helped me was kind, patient, knowledgeable and sincere. He allowed me to ask questions and receive well informed answers. Received reassurance and confidence without pressure of needing a decision immediately allowing me time to make a well informed decision that would be the best one for my situation. I appreciate that this company does not use a third party outsource andcdoes the debt relief in house while utilizing an Attorney group for the legal parts. My agent made me feel confident I was making the right choice one I did not take lightly. Thank you for helping me move forward financially when I had tried all I knew to do but was still just spinning my wheels not going anywhere.
