Amazing service!
I wanted to buy a digital piano for my partners birthday but was unsure whether it would be delivered on time. I rang the store and and they were super friendly and helpful, and my piano arrived less than 24 hours later. Not to mention the piano was about £100 cheaper than it was everywhere else. Very happy with my purchase and the service. :)

Excellent buying experience
Called in today to buy a cheap electric guitar. Didn't spend much money on an ex dem model but the guy took time to answer my questions, make sure the guitar was in great shape before I took it away and even found me a box to carry it home in.
Highly recommended.

Definitely recommend for purchases of vinyl - i pre ordered 3 albums. Great service - 2 came in stock so went to pick them up. The staff have time to talk to you and I bought a couple of more albums whilst I was there. Good value prices too.

Ordered a guitar during isolation and the team were so helpful and even went to the other store to look for the guitar which was on sale. Really helpful and very patient with my 100 different questions I asked over messanger. I could not fault there great customer service.
