I literally ordered letters to put names on the backs of shirts today and received them about 6 hours later! Talk about same day service! The letters look great and quality is top notch! Shipping is pricey but for that fast of a service, it was worth it.

Some of the shirts that I received where a little dirty besides that the quality was great just was sad that I had to used some shirt that where dirty like from dust and they where white so didn’t look clean at all.

75% of the shirts i ordered were jammed…
75% of the shirts i ordered were jammed in a box. They were so wrinkled. It took me 3 hours to get the wrinkles out.
This was not the first time this has happened. I had stopped ordering large orders because of that but decided to try again...and it was a complete mess!
I complained but got no response. I would have returned them but needed them asap so I decided to press everyone one of them. They can do better. Especially since the prices have went up. And now a fuel charge and higher shipping prices!
Customer service is unreachable
I have loved using Jiffy for years. I have been a very loyal customer but recently their customer service has gone downhill. Yesterday, I placed an order for same-day delivery. I was in a bind and needed something very last minute. When I logged on I had nine minutes to place the order in order to get same-day shipping. When I hit order it changed from same-day shipping to next day from 1 to 6 PM. I immediately attempt contact them to let them know I did not want the order if it could not be delivered same day.
I tried the chat but only had a bot response. I tried to email orders @ jiffyshirts.com, as I have done in the past and gotten almost an immediate response, and received an automatic email response saying that the email address was no longer monitored and I had to go to the website.
I went to the website and tried to contact and none of the choices fit my situation. However, I submitted two different tickets and heard nothing.
I did everything I could to contact them to let them know if they could not deliver it that evening, as the website said they would (I submitted the order within the deadline for same day delivery) that I did not want the order.
This was not an inexpensive order. And, it was for shirts that I needed to make for an event at 9am today. The decals they sent are useless to me now and was a waste of their resources. I plan to dispute the charges because I did everything I could do to cancel the order.
Also, their prices have skyrocketed in the last few weeks/months.
Hopefully they will fix this situation, refund my order and if they do I will come back and adjust my review.

I tried to reach out for 2 days. Your design team cancelled my order instead of following up first. I've been trying to email, chat, call, and submit through the contact us page. It shouldn't be this difficult to reach customer service.

Ordered shirts you canceled transfers.
Ordered shirts - they were delivered fine. Ordered DTF transfers. Come in This morning to see that you cancelled the DTF order because you couldn’t work with the file. It was a file that contained only text - no real graphics. No one could pick up the phone and give me a heads up. The file loaded up and went through the entire process on your app. Now I will scramble to get my prints done to meet an order date. This is not the type of customer service that I have come to expect from Jiffy and that fact that no one bothered to respond to my email today only makes it worse.

I had a quality issue with one of the items in my order. In less than 24 hours I had a replacement. The variety of colors is great and the look/feel is very good.
