Great delivery today of my garden furniture via Jigsaw. Very friendly Drivers who put the furniture where I asked them to. It was on time too and I was kept up to date during the process.

Good promp delivery, tuned up just before del time. No problem with that I had been given notice, nice divery team very helpful and had a laugh. Would definitely recommend. 5 Star

We had garden furniture delivered by Stuart and Stephen on 6th May 2024. Very helpful guys and good communication from them and the Jigsaw depot.

I was due a delivery from Maze furniture and had an allotted time slot. I was contacted in plenty of time by the delivery men Connor and Keith who went out of their way to deliver outside of my slot to suit my needs. They arrived in plenty of time messaging me to say they were en route. On delivery there were a number of large boxes which they kindly placed where I wanted. One box proved to be too big to access where I needed it and both Keith and Conner gladly assisted me in some unboxing to achieve what was needed. Then they happily took away the empty packaging. Both of them were polite and professional and I really appreciate the extra effort they made for me. First class customer service by both and a credit to the company.. Thank you.

Didn't turn up today to assemble the pergola. Been trying to sort it but being ignored. Was cancelled on on Wednesday. No communication. What is going on??? My pergola is just left outside my house. Weirdest service I've ever had. Unheard of treatment and so bizarre. Still trying to sort it. Eddie seems to have had his assembly service today. What is the system? Do they have favourites? I don't know what is going on...

On time with a txt letting u know the delivery time within the hour.

Two guys building the furniture where top class

Ordered a Garden Sofa Set from Maze with an estimate of delivery for April 18th at time of purchase. As there was no delivery notification the day before, had to call Maze to check for the time slot of the delivery to find out that it would be scheduled for April 29th instead. Never got an notification email from Jigsaw with options to change delivery slot, which would be usual for bigger delivery companys.
On that day of the delivery it got cancelled due to technical issues of the vehicle. Phoned Jigsaw for a reschedule for the next day to find out that the delivery got cancelled again due to same technical vehicle issues. After asking Jigsaw customer service for a time slot next morning (which is usual after two failure attempts of delivery) the next suggested time slot would be May 4th, which is a big delay. Phoned Jigsaw customer service again to get the earliest slot possible. The answer was, to wait for a phone call after checking back with the delivery guys. But no phonecall was made. So called Maze customer service for help: the delivery is now even more delayed to May 7th.
Calling Jigsaw customer service is not helping at all, it only causes more delays! So if you want to reschedule a delivery you need to expect to lign up!
Reading all the bad reviews, the only feedback is to call back on their phone number which proves that no action is being made to improve their service.

The service provided by the two Durham workmen who installed our pergola was exceptional. They exhibited utmost professionalism throughout the process.

Their expertise in handling the equipment was evident; they knew exactly what they were doing and executed the task with precision. Moreover, their friendly and courteous demeanor made the entire experience pleasant.

Despite having prior commitments and other jobs lined up, they efficiently completed the installation of the pergola without any delays. Their efficiency was truly commendable.

Overall, we are extremely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of similar work.

Arrived bang on time and left exactly where needed. Recommend!
