This company have now failed to deliver my furniture on 5 occasions. I have tried numerous times to call them to speak with someone but phone calls and emails go unanswered. I do not know how they expect people to keep arranging time away from work to accept deliveries which simply never happen. The first time, I was told that the van had broken down. It seems this is a common excuse, despite the fact their website shows a fleet of delivery vans. Other delivery slots just came and went with no attempt at an apology or excuse.
I then, out of the blue, received an email from a totally different company saying they are going to deliver my furniture. Sadly the saga continues as they have already missed a delivery slot.
I have seen another item which I would like to purchase from Only Oak Furniture but I am not going to do so until they make better arrangements for delivery. It is a shame as their furniture is very good and they have tried to be as helpful as they can but Jigsaw are simply dreadful.
On the scheduled delivery day I received a text message cancelling, stating it was due to driver illness and that they would confirm a new delivery date later that day. Three days later I am still waiting. I have telephoned numerous times but the number always goes straight to answer machine. I've also left messages but Jigsaw have failed to return my calls. The company supplying the bookcase have also not been able to speak to anyone. I am really not impressed.
They do not pay their Sub-contractors who have carried out work for them. Now they are simply ignoring me and any contact I try to make to ask why the invoice due on 30/08/2024 is still outstanding. Absolute cowboys
Have my £2000 sofa and not answering the phone or emails, been 7 days now... apparently the van broke down and never heard since - even the company i purchased from aren't able to get hold of them...
Pam and John did a brilliant job of building our Pergola. Up and ready in no time at all. Kept us informed of delivery time etc.
Really appreciate all the hard work they did for us. Thank you both.

Had a 3m x 3m pergola fitted by Martin and Paul and the guys have done a brilliant job, very polite, tidy, efficient and explained everything that they were doing and how to use the pergola, heater and lights, well done lads thank you 👍
Steven & Stewart delivered 4 heavy items of furniture. My dad took delivery as I was at work. They placed the items in the garage , both polite and courteous. Thank you.

John and Pam, what great ambassadors for Jigsaw who delivered my Sofa, a fairly hefty piece. Transported safe and sound, unpacked and positioned exactly where we asked, John and Pam went the extra mile and put the feet, connectors on etc, a fantastic friendly duo - highly recommend.

Jigsaw re-arranged delivery and installation of my pergola to a time convenient for me with no quibbles.
John and Pam kept me up to date on the day of delivery so I knew when to expect them.
They were both so friendly, helpful and proficient, I have no qualms recommending this company and especially John and Pam.

What an unprofessional and unorganized company wrt warehousing and stocking. We ordered furniture from company X in early May. Company X were trialing their tracking and delivery system. No furniture received yet as of August 23. Apparently, Jigsaw is holding our furniture in their warehouse, and Jigsaw does not cooperate on releasing this stock, that includes our furniture. Not even when other outsourced companies (by X) visited Jigsaw's warehouse to receive their remaining products after their collaboration stopped. I really do not understand how Jigsaw gets an Excellent review on Trustpilot. Our experience matches only what other 1-star reviews describe in this thread- please have a look at those. I do not understand how Jigsaw behaving this way can achieve a majority of excellence reviews. Are these fake? Or for a different service? Something certainly to report on investigating. It is sad that smaller companies rely on you for their products and you affect their reputation in such an unfair way. It is sad, we as clients of company X, feel hostages of your unprofessionalism, it is sad we cannot receive, assemble, and prepare our house (only a month before our baby arrives), with furniture bought in May (so we have "enough" time) and still held by you. It is sad for everyone involved, directly or indirectly, in this cycle of nonsense and unprofessionalism.
John & Pam fitted my 4x3 pergola and everything went well and was good. Nice people and very helpful.

According to Cocoon (where our sofa was bought from), Jigsaw has our sofa and won't deliver it and won't provide it to an alternative delivery company Empire. Empire visited their warehouse to pick it up but the warehouse was closed, and Empire are really struggling to get in touch with Jigsaw to get our sofa.
Jigsaw's tracking system says our delivery should have been at the end of July. We are a month late now.

John & Pam were very efficient and communicative when delivering a large parcel yesterday. It was a refreshing change to have a delivery team that keeps you regularly informed of delivery times.
I recommend using these lovely people if you can.

‘jigsaw’ were amazing, Pam and John were very pleasant .
The time slot for my delivery was between 9.00am-12.00pm . My goods arrived at 10.45am.
Excellent communication skills keeping me in the loop all the way .
