Great delivery team…

John and Pam were a really pleasant team. Very efficient - carried everything in for us.
Good to see a clean and tidy van.
Messages pre delivery so that we knew the time to expect the delivery.

Excellent service from John and Pam

The service from John and Pam was excellent. I received regular updates regarding the expected time of delivery time. My delivery was at a time that suited me as they were very accommodating. They carried my furniture into the desired room and set it up. Very cheery delivery team.

Extremely pleased with everything from…

Extremely pleased with everything from Jigsaw. From initial contact to delivery we were kept up to date. Janis and Dame were particularly attentive on delivery. Even removed their shoes on entry in. Would highly recommend them. Very professional

Disappointing...and possibly dishonest

Everything pre-delivery was great - helpful, friendly service when I contacted with a query, clear details upfront when my delivery date was confirmed and simple, accurate tracking on the day with a call when they were an hour away. Unfortunately it went downhill after that. The delivery team were efficient (not overly polite or friendly as in other reviews) but the outer packaging on my sofas was absolutely filthy and one had a split in it which then meant the velvet cushion underneath has a stain on it. I was expecting a 'white glove' service but when I asked if they would be unpacking and taking the packaging away I was told that would be an extra £40....and if I wanted the furniture assembled (ie the legs attached) that would be an extra £100. I wasn't expecting this as my understanding from the retailer was that no assembly was required. However as I needed to return to a work call (I was WFH) I didn't have time to check so just said no thank you. I also wasn't asked to sign for the delivery so had no option to say it was unchecked as it was not unwrapped. After spending some time that evening carefully unwrapping all the items to ensure the dirt on the outside didn't get onto the light coloured sofas a few quality issues were identified (not all delivery related) so I contacted the retailer the next day. I asked for instructions on how to fit the legs which was met with much surprise as apparently the delivery team should have unwrapped the items, disposed of the packaging and put the legs on before they left!! So at best there was some confusion between the retailer and the delivery company on what service had been paid for or at worst the delivery team were trying to scam me to get extra money. Either way not a great experience that didn't meet my expectations after reading all the other great reviews and the services advertised on the website

Owen & Connor an Asset!

Made my order with "only oak furniture" whom use jigsaw logistics. Deliver was between 8 and 11.00 am came dead on 8 am, lads Owen and Connor were so polite and helpful and very efficient. Totally good pair of lads an asset to the company.

Very Bad Service

We used Jigsaw for our Furniture Company for our National Deliveries - At first they were amazing and I could not recommend them enough - however, around 5 weeks ago communication began to stop, and whilst having our customer's items in their warehouse they were failing to deliver to our customers which in-turn looked very unprofessional on us! We trusted this company! As a small but very well-established furniture store of nearly 140 years you can imagine how let down we felt - Sparse contact and failed collections from our Warehouse meant sourcing other companies to deliver to our long-distance customers putting us behind schedule and of course costing us time and money - Not to mention a failed delivery 3 times over to one of our customers without so much as a courtesy call to us or our customer which we do not expect - Jigsaw is currently still holding an item of ours which we are trying to get back but again communication is a wall of silence - for any Furniture Companies looking to use Jigsaw think very carefully - Such a shame as so much potential - Although this may be a blessing in disguise - We are now working with a wonderful company that is a family business of 25 years who understands how important keeping local shops on the high street is and an importance of customer care - We would hate to see another company go through this - Jigsaw you let us down but we wish you all the best - Roomes
