Jigsaw have delivered on more than one occasion for us and we find them extremely reliable. More importantly, they are very communicative and you know exactly what time they are going to arrive with you. They do a superb job and are always helpful and friendly.

I have never been lied to and fobbed off by any other company as much as this one. Disgusted with the service and I’m still yet to receive goods that that have had weeks. AVOID

John and Pam came to collect a bed from me and the company had given them the wrong information about what was being collected, unfortunately they did not have enough room on the van for it . Both John and Pam were extremely helpful and very nice people, who offered to move the bed for me until another delivery date was given. I did have to wait for two weeks before it was collected, again John and Pam came for the collection and couldn’t have been more helpful 😊

Arrived early but notified me an hour before arrival. Very friendly and careful when unloading the items

I received a text message to say delivery would be between a 3 hour time slot on the Tuesday. On the Monday I had a text to ask if they could deliver that afternoon instead, to which I replied ‘yes!’.

Stuart and Stephen turned up shortly after and within no time had delivered the boxes into our back garden. Both were extremely friendly and even more friendly when my puppy managed to get out to say hello!

A super service, can’t fault them.

Very efficient service.Pam messaged me on the morning of the delivery to let me know what time they would be here, she was very friendly. Very reliable service with John and Pam would highly recommend.

Very efficient. They texted 20 minutes before they arrived and put the furniture together neatly and quickly. I was given to believe I would be texted the day before to give me a 3 hour window when they were going to deliver which I didn’t get.

Placed an order on 16/05 and expected delivery on 23rd or 24th.

Phoned up customer services on 22nd to ensure the delivery will be sorted for the 23rd. Unfortunately no delivery and no phone call from customer services to say it’s not going ahead.

On the 24th I was told to expect a phone call back from the lady in customer services. Apparently a Saturday delivery was planned and my order is still no where to be seen.

Really poor service!

Quick and efficient service. E-mailed initially to inform of delivery date and then a text message on day of delivery and phone call 25 mins before arrival.
Delivered goods to back of garden.

Service wasn’t great. Only 3 out of the 8 parcels arrived on the first planned delivery date (20/05). On the second delivery date no time window came through. Fortunately they did deliver but none of the items were secured well in the van and if I hadn’t noticed the boxes falling apart the glass would have fallen out of the box before they carried it into the property. The driver’s confirmed there are challenges at the depot.

Absolutely 5* service from John and Pam! Nothing was too much trouble and really friendly service! Great communication, rang me in advance to give me a delivery time. Would highly recommend their services

Niall and Jack were excellent from start to finish. They phoned 30 minutes before arrival and then sent a message as I was unable to answer at the time. They were friendly and efficient on arrival and made no quibble when they had to walk up a flight of steps and take our garden furniture a considerable distance through our large garden. It was so nice to meet such friendly and helpful people- especially as they had driven over 7 hours from near Furham to Pembrokeshire to reach us. Great job 👏

Great communication on delivery times. A text the day before and call on the day to let me know how long they would be.
Couple of really nice lads turned up, also gave us a little advice on how to fit together our garden sofa.

Friendliest delivery in a long time. My extra large package was navigated through a rather tight door configuration and put exactly where I wanted. Thank you!

Stuart and Stephen were excellent at their job they delivered my conservatory furniture and put it exactly where I wanted it they delivered it a day early and are extremely hard working they were facing a 2 hour drive afterwards but were very happy in their out look despite working a very long day
