The turn around time for delivery after the placed order was very fast (less than a week), product was packaged beautifully and fits well. I’m 5’6, 195lbs, Sz 14 and purchased the large/x-large. Panties are super cute & soft. Let the fun began!

The shipping department was very quick…
The shipping department was very quick considering this is near Valentines Day. We've enjoyed toys that I have gotten from this company despite being much more expensive than other places; however, I'm not sure that they really checked out the toy purchased for my wife. Win some/lose some, right?

Easy purchase experience, somewhat disappointed in the product
Easy purchase experience. Shipping was a little slow but the order was made during the holidays. Also, we bought the Form 2 Pro but my wife says that it isn't as strong as her old Form 2.

Great product but terrible service
Hi - I still haven't received my shipment. I sent it to the wrong shipping address and emailed customer service within 5 min of placing the order. I also IG messaged them - they never responded. Then it shipped to the wrong address. I called and messaged and emailed again - no response. Finally contacted UPS to stop the delivery. They are returning to sender. Still no response from Jimmy Jane. Great product, terrible service.
