They caused a large stain on the carpet in one of the bedrooms during a bond clean. They denied it was their fault even though we have evidence to the contrary. They were very unhelpful. I would advise to avoid them and find an alternative cleaner.
Their first cleaner did not stay the full time but was polite and friendly. When her cleans fell below a standard of acceptability, we contacted her and asked her to improve. She demanded pictures and became defensive. We provided her pictures and in return we got excuses. We left and she tried to charge us a penalty for leaving. She seemed so nice at first 😢
Their second cleaner did a better job cleaning but he was rude and opportunistic. One time he was two and a half hours late (to a 2 hour duration clean). Another time he didn't turn up at all. We also received an invoice for a different clean that never happened and was never organised. Just to see if we were paying attention perhaps. Unfortunately Sameer, we were. No apology of course.
My experience has been overall good until I had a couple of cleaners that are started to be ok but then did not care about the quality of the below standard work they did. Full of arrogance with no apologies what soever. I wish I knew it earlier, to save myself from great frustration. Hope others don't go through this by hiring these so called cleaners.
