Ho acquistato in abbonamento presso il sito online di questa azienda una fornitura di KIWI con consegna mensile.
La prima fornitura è stata di pessima qualità e malgrado abbia contestato sia via e-amail che con un PEC all'azienda il motivo della mia insoddisfazione (con tanto di fotografie), non ho avuto nessuna risposta.
La fornitura successiva poi è stata addirittura parziale, avrebbero dovuto consegnare nr. 2 colli di KIWI e ne hanno consegnato uno solo. E ovviamente l'addebito è stato per 2 colli. Anche di questo ho subito scritto al supporto clienti ma non ho avuto nessuna risposta.
Non acquistate da questa azienda, state alla larga dal loro shop online, non sono capaci di trattare con i clienti e non hanno un comportamento corretto. Pessima esperienza.
