Sir as a senior citizens we used 395 plan for 84 days with fixed data of 3gb.we have wifi also. I need less data only. I rechrged in this plan for long time. But jio removed all fixed data plans it made people to use daily data which we don't need. Jio acting very cunningly grabing unused data every day. But it says service. Is it a service?. My friend lost her sim when she living in UK. She applied and get a new sim in UK, when she applied for jio sim they asked for FIR or something like that. It's been 3 weeks they haven't give her a proper solution. She contacted State manager of jio (Kerala), however, he don't know anything or not giving a proper answer to her call.

JIO Cheats its customers
Unethical business practice by this company. Thieves. I paid for a 5G connection but always get 4G. Raised the matter with JIO customer care; they say sorry. I live near the airport, and Jio says that their 5G services are not available everywhere. What a shame if their services are not available in the metro city of Mumbai. They cheat people. The matter has remained unattended for months now. I have decided to port out of these thieves called 'JIO'.

I raised a relocation request on 22.02.2026. However, I have not received any proper confirmation or update regarding the installation.
Although I have received multiple calls from the Jio team, no one has completed the relocation of my Jio AirFiber connection. I have already paid the required charges, including the monthly bill, but I have still not received any confirmation call or message regarding the status.
I have been a loyal customer of Jio for many years. Earlier, I was using Airtel and ported my network to Jio. Unfortunately, I am now facing continuous issues and a lack of proper response. A representative visited for KYC formalities, but the installation has still not been completed. I am being given unclear and inconsistent information regarding the process.
Due to this inconvenience and poor service experience, I have decided to close my Jio account and plan to switch back to Airtel.
I kindly request you to cancel my relocation request and process the refund of the amount paid at the earliest.

Worst experience never trust Jio
To be honest my experience is worst with Jio. When they wanted many to buy there connection of sim, and fiber there employees were on toes and now when customer contacts they never reply in correct way. Instead I had paid for new connection in my house and then they never called or worked on it instead I had to travel to nearest store but then also same they said will get this done but they never showed up and then called stating that it is not possible in our area then why they asked for money first without checking this things. Still money is not refunded and there is no process I can track that this is too frustrating. I'll suggest never trust on Jio product and there services.

120 days to fix a network issue? A space shuttle reaches the moon faster
No signal comes inside the house even in front/drawing room. The operator sent a message that the fixing of the problem of the network at my location might take 120 days! Imagine when a space shuttle can reach the moon in fewer days, than fixing a signal problem by a telecom company! They provide 4G network, while they claim and get money for 5G. Compelled to switch into flight mode and switch out of it, only to get signal, that is too very weak. No human assistance is provided. If by chance any person contacts you, the person on call speaks in non-understandable language and hangs up immediately if we complain about his speed and poor pronunciation. These serious complaints may be noted before buying a SIM of Jio Telecom.

I had an extremely disappointing…
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Jio Fiber. They deducted the payment from my account, but neither activated the service nor processed a refund. Despite multiple follow-ups with their customer support team, I received no clear response or resolution.
Every time I contacted support, I was either given vague answers or told to wait without any proper timeline. There has been no accountability, no proper escalation, and no effort to resolve the issue. It feels like once the payment is made, customer concerns are simply ignored.
This kind of service is completely unacceptable. Deducting money without providing service or issuing a refund is highly unprofessional and frustrating. I expected much better from a company of this scale.
I strongly advise others to be cautious. Based on my experience, the customer support system is unreliable and extremely disappointing.
