Terrible experience

Terrible experience - Avoid this site!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order over a month ago, and my bank account was charged immediately. However, I have never received my package. Despite the claims on the website about quick customer support, I have received absolutely no news or updates for four weeks. This is highly unprofessional and very unsettling. I strongly advise against using this site—it is simply not trustworthy.
