Good customer service and fast delivery.

The original treadmill was damaged during delivery. Obviously not the fault of JLL. JLL dealt with the issue very quickly, organised collection of the damaged unit and sent a new one to replace it. The treadmill is fantastic, was easy to assemble, is easy to operate, my wife and I are losing weight already!

Fantastic piece of equipment, quick delivery and an all-round seamless service. Not sure what the various complaints about delivery are about - couldn't have been better for us. Highly recommended!

Very happy with smooth mechanism and ease of changing resistance.
Pulse buttons are a stretch even with seat as forward as possible, otherwise comfortable.

Cannot fault the positive experience with JLL Fitness recently.
Had an issue with a part on the IC300 Pro (I've had it for over 3 years with no issues until now). They were prompt in their communications via phone and email and arranged for a replacement part in no time.

Amber an absolute star. Needed a Rower part replacing from years of wear & tear. Brilliant customer service. Got it sorted straight away and back rowing within a couple of days.

I was in despair when the belt on my 2 year old JLL exercise bike broke but I needn't of worried. I contacted them and left a voice mail with them. Within the hour, Daniel had re-contacted me and confirmed that they had a replacement belt in stock and would forward it to me. It is really good to have excellent customer service from a UK based company. Well done

I have just received a rowing machine from JLL Fitness and I am impressed with the quality of the machine. It is quite easy to fold down and start using and takes up little space. Its also easy to wipe down after use.

I cannot praise this company enough. I have a spin bike from them which is excellent quality and works just like the ones you use in the gym.

I had a small issue which was caused by my own mistake when attaching a pedal and they couldn't have been more helpful in sending me a replacement part, even though it wasn't their fault.

Originally I left a 1* review as the delivery company failed to deliver my item on 3 separate occasions, however I have now received my item and it arrived already assembled and is good quality so I am happy. Customer service has been pretty decent too with JLL, but I think they need a new courier service as this one is not good.

Fantastic customer service and the JLL IC300 Pro Indoor Cycling Bike has been a pleasure to use.

I purchased the IC 400 spin bike about 5 years ago. I use it on a regular basis. It's really well put together. I never have any issues. The monitor is straightforward. It's been great to use in the house when you can't get out and about. Easy to put together and doesn't take up a lot of space. I was moving house and accidently broke one of the small wheels that help move the bike around. I got in touch with Rob at JLL to see if they could provide replacements and they got back to me really quickly with all the information I needed. Would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a sturdy long lasting spin bike as I am a big bloke and it's perfect for me.

The exercise bike is as described and a great piece of kit, easy to use for the whole family, and when paired with the videos on Kinomap, make it a much more enjoyable experience.

I broke one of the small transport wheels (my fault) and they replaced FOC, so great customer service as well.

The first treadmill we received did not work when put together. JLL quickly sorted out a replacement. The replacement arrived with lots of scratches to the plastic front cover and arms. After speaking with JLL we removed replacements from the first treadmill to rectify the badly scratched parts. It’s a shame we had to do this as the treadmill that’s now working seems great. Also the delivery company gave us tracking for the second treadmill 6.30-8.30am on a Saturday to which I received a phone call at 7am to say we are sorry but the item hasn’t been loaded onto the delivery van!!! After a very disappointing conversation the delivery company managed to get the treadmill to us that afternoon, again such a shame as although a very early slot 6.30-8.30am it meant my partner could be there to receive delivery.

I had a fault with screen for my rowing machine so I contacted customer services and they couldn't be more helpful. Unfortunately the part want in stock but they kept me updated all the way, part is now on its way to me now. Great service and communication.

Great exercise bike for beginners, excellent delivery service.

The bike is very well built, it was delivered in good order and on time. It was delivered to our daughter for her so that's as much as I can say on the mater really.
