I have purchased more journals, diaries, notepads over my 50 odd year life but nothing compares to Joanne’s Journals. I can purchase the inserts I need for the right reason I need them. The quality is second to none and I also have 6 different coloured journals to reflect my ever changing life. Keep doing what you are doing I love it all.

Customer service is second to none! Nothing is too small. I've used alot of binders from many companies including so very well known ones and the quality is sub par compared to this one. I mean I have their logo literally tattooed on my body, they are THAT good 😂

True customer service managed by real people and a company that shows just how effective building a community is as part of their client retail experience. Their products are high quality - I write with mostly fountain pens and no paper bleed! Also innovative page templates and lots to choose from.

I discovered Joanne’s Journals on TikTok on my FYP. I am a teacher so decided I would treat myself to a new planner and I was blown away when it came. I am now a regular customer and have different planners for different parts of my life to help me organise the chaos. The planners are beautifully crafted and you can choose the inserts to suit your life.
I watch their TikTok lives regularly and they are always doing offers, giveaways and competitions. Customer service is fantastic - I would 100% recommend!

Here's how I know these are excellent products; I came for 1 journal and stayed for more. Over time I've had each of the mystery box releases, made my own bespoke planner, ordered the Christmas planner, many inserts orders and still keep coming back for more!

Such an amazing brand, all products are of extremely high quality and you can tell the attention to detail that has gone into designing each and every product.

Not only are the products exceptional all of the team are so lovely and have a genuine passion for wanting their customers to have the best experience with their products, nothing is to much trouble for these guys.
