Where do you start? Have been searching for an A5 planner that enabled me to have the things I wanted in it. Have looked across the market and seen other planners, but this one matches the price point and the inserts were what I was looking for. Not to mention the interaction and customer service is next level. Dispatch incredible, they must sleep in their warehouse. Super pleased and looking forward to extending and enjoying this planner for months and years to come. 5*

I’m utterly blown away by how lovely these journals are, I’m new to Joanne’s Journals and came across the website by accident, I ended up ordering the luxury leather ring binder and the Christmas journal and loads of lovely inserts, pens, stickers and accessories to go with them. I was like a kid in a sweatshop and haven’t finished yet. I feel this is going to become addictive. I’m old school and have missed writing everything down, I’d almost forgotten how to write. I absolutely love everything about Jo’s journals. The customer service goes up and above. My first ring bond I brought there was an issue with is closing and all it took was one email and within minutes they had replied and shipped me a new one. Just overall amazing to the point I’ve had to buy my mom one for her birthday as she loves mine. Will not use any where else now.

I've just placed another order as I'm now starting to pre-plan for my business into 2027 & Joanne's Journals inserts are such great planning tools. I've opted for the 'Productivity' set. I've used JJ for both personal & Business use during 2026 and the quality of the paper stands out a mile, especially if you are like me & still use fountain pens or artist (refillable ink) pens. Love this brand & community.

Treated myself to the new ultimate Christmas planner collection and what a treat! I was not sure if I would be using it a lot since I'm pretty much done with Christmas shopping (everyone is getting Joanne's Journals!), but the inserts have given me more ideas for all the other Christmas-related activities!
